Outstanding Hotel For Sure!!!

Everyone there was informative and friendly and very hospitable. The room was clean and spacious, and I love, love, love the TV (wide flat screen)!!! It was comfortable and homey! I felt like I got a great deal!

Great Suites

I have been traveling to Dallas for about 3 months and have been search for a hotel that met my needs - spacious nd clean, frig and coffee maker in room, free internet access, continental bkfst, location central and near activites for evening (2 malls with-in 5 miles. The only negative is that the bed was not the most comfortable.

Perfect value

This was my first time staying at Hyatt Place - very convenient to all of my appointments in Dallas - easy to get to, and the staff was A++ - highly recommend for it's value and comfort. I will stay again.

If you like a 'like at home' feeling, this is the one

No large hallways to get the elevator, no impersonal treatment, easy parking, everything is wonderful if you do not prefer regular hotel chains. Even if you do, it also applies to your Hyatt membership.

Excellent place to stay

My second stay at this hotel. There was simply nothing to complain about. I'll certainly stay here again if in the area, and consdier the same hotel elsewhere.

Well priced room

We chose this hotel for the location. Very convenient to most areas downtown. Free parking and rooms were decent. Bathrooms are VERY small. Good bedroom and living room size. Would rather have bigger bathroom and smaller living room.

Doors need improvement

The room is very nice and has everything you need for one night or extended stay. My only complaint is that the doors need to be looked at. My room door would shudder very loud each time someone else opened/closed theirs. I hope they can fix that.

Very nice accomodations

The decore of the room, lobby, and service area was refreshing!! The pool suited the family well, and the assortment of a/v hookups to the TV allowed for playing my own movies off an iPod or laptop! Exercise room was nice (though I prefer TVs on the wall and not built-in to the treadmill) Only downside was limited sitting during breakfast.
