Sheraton Dallas Hotel

Fun Downtown Experience

We chose to stay here because we were going to a concert at the fair grounds and it worked out perfectly. The hotel had a nice, modern look to it and we absolutely loved the outdoor pool. The sports bar in the lobby was actually reasonably priced although the service was questionable once it got busy. Overall it was a fun experience and I would choose the Sheraton if I was staying downtown again.

Great room for the money

We traveled with another couple and booked our rooms separately, but were still able to get rooms side by side. The hotel was newly remodeled. The room was very nice and comfortable. We had a blast in the Draft down stairs. The hotel staff was awesome. We had a great room view of the Dallas skyline from our north tower room. We will definitely stay there again.

Wonderful Hotel

We loved the hotel. It was very comfortable and clean. We were a little surprised at the $15/day parking. We would stay there again.

Good Staying, a Few Let Downs

The room was amazing and the personnel were helpful to a certain point. However, for the type of event I was there for a major part of it was everyone bringing anime or videogames and hanging out together when they was nothing of interest going on at the convention. This was unfortunately made near to impossible by the placement of a TV Command unit that, without the use of special tools, cannot be removed. Based of this it was also my conclusion that the TV's themselves were rigged to not respond to any of the buttons on the TV itself. That was a major let down for all guests there for the convention, to my knowledge. Also, the hours of operation for the fine dining restaraunt in-house was a slight dissappointment; as well as the neccessity to pay for internet service were most other hotels it comes with the payment of the room. The only other bad experience was the fact that on my last day I was left with no other option than a cold shower. :-( But, please do not let this put you off. The accomadations were quite nice and these events mentioned were verily the only drawbacks to my stay.

Great Price!

We stayed here to attend a Stars game and thought it was walking distance like the web site stated. It was wrong! We loved the hotel regardless! It was a great place to stay and the price was perfect. Houston, TX

You get alot more than you pay for here.

This hotel is a very nice hotel. The room was huge and had a sofa, plasma, bar, closet, and a great view. Everyone ther was very nice and helpfull.

Excellent Value

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was excellent with a great view from the 32nd floor. We will stay there again.

Great Hotel In A great Location

The Dallas Sheraton Downtown is a great place to stay. The hotel is beautiful and well kept with great staff. The concierge and all other staff were able to help us find great places to eat, drink, and take in some culture. We were able to walk, 6-10 blocks, to The Museum of Art, Aquarium, and the infamous Deep Ellum District, and other great shops and resteraunts in the downtown districts. Will go back as soon as possible for summer festivities in the area. Thanks also to Hotels.com for the great recomendation and the easiest room reservation around. Checked in and checked out with no fuss since the room was pre-paid through Hotels.com

Extremely satisfied

When we first arrived and parked, we were slightly confised on where to go, but several employees noticed our confused and guided us in the right direction. The view was awesome and the room was very nice. The concierge was great at giving us detailed directions with a map to a restaurant! Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the freindly faces and reall nice hotel!

great hotel...great price

Me and two of my friends stayed at the hotel over spring break weekend...and found it to be wonderful. Our room was spacious, modern, and very clean. The hotel staff was quick to meet our needs (extra towels, soap, etc.)Also, the location can't be beat..its close to great nightlife as well as the reunion tower, dallas aquarium and zoo, and the art district. We loved everything about this hotel and would definitely stay here again! p.s. they also have free internet for guests.

Couldn't Be Happier

Very happy with both the condition of the hotel, as well as the service. The gentleman at the front desk upgraded us to the Executive Suite with a simple "would you like me to change your room to a 2 bed suite?" Very clean and kept well. Roomy and comfortable. Staff very willing to satisfy the needs of their guests.
