Oustanding Hotel

The location was great. The staff was attentive and the room was fabulous. I will definitely visit again. We loved it so much we extended our stay another night while away. However, beware of the $15/night parking fee ($27 for valet).

Great Hotel, lousy bedding

Nice hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Only complaint is the bedding. The pillows were great, but the sheets had some black marks on them and were stiff/low quality. The comforter made a crinkling sound whenever anyone moved. Also our neighbors in the next room got in at 3am and I could hear way to much of their conversation.

Great Hotel for the Money

Great location for Tut exhibit at Dallas Museum of Art.

Perfect locations, GREAT VIEW!

We booked this at the last minute and got an incredible deal through hotels.com The staff was very helpful in navigating the downtown area. There are tons of things to do within walking distance. The beds were comfy and the room was clean. I recommend this to everybody!

wonderful room, service, even on New Year's Eve! A little difficult to get to due to one way streets.

Tuff to get in and out of.

Hotel was nice. AC did not work very well, maintence did come out to check, it took a long time to cool off. It was an inconvience to get to the parking lot. Other than that it was preety nice. Oh one more thing-not too much happening in Down-town Dallas on the weekend.

Great Stay

The room was fresh and clean...made you feel good when you entered. The one thing that could be improved is the shower...it could use a much stronger flow of water. I also felt the lobby was often too cold. We found the bellman to be very friendly and he took time to point out all the amenities of the room. Our experience with room service was very nice, delivered quickly and hot by a very nice staff member. The hotel was conveniently located to museums and the DART mass transit train. We would stay there again and I would highly recommend this hotel.
