Trip Type: Romance Review 1 of 184Clean, comfortable, low resort fee, nice restaurants
More than we expected for the price we paid. Centrally located, ample parking, discounted tickets to the Zumanity show was a big plus ($99 for two tickets, if you stay at the hotel). Plenty of nice restaurants to eat in.

Trip Type: Romance Review 2 of 184Great Hotel.... So-So Rooms
The hotel itself is fantastic... great location, restaurants, bars, clubs and casinos. The rooms were just okay. They have the kind of gross nylon bedspreads that don't ever get washed. The pillows are tucked inside these bedspreads. The beds were like sleeping on a slab of granite... just horrible. Checking in took FOREVER. They didn't have enough staff and they ask each person a million questions... do you want to upgrade, what is your e-mail address, do you want show tickets... etc etc. If you are looking for great fun and entertainment... perfect hotel. If you want to have great service or decent sleep... look elsewhere.

Trip Type: Romance Review 3 of 184Great room for the money
I had a wonderful stay at New York New York Hotel & Casino. My room was in the parkview section, I did not have the best view but considering I hardly spent any time in my hotel room that was not a problem. The room was large and clean, housekeeping would stop by to tidy up my room everyday, although I did not need that, it was very nice. I plan on returning to New York New York on my next visit to Las Vegas. I could offer some advice, for all of Vegas beware of the buy 1 get one free offer. We stopped at Hot Tropic, in the Miracle Shopping area and we were shocked that 1 Margarita cost $12.00, the other was free~ yah right! I think that is a con, so when you have coupons shoved at you to come buy drinks be very aware and ask the price before you buy. The best happy hour that we ran across was at House of Blues, beers for $1.00, from 3-7 (double check that time) Also the food at Gonzalez/Gonzalez at New York New York was great!

Trip Type: Romance Review 7 of 184Excellent hotel!
We stayed at NYNY for our honeymoon and everything was fabulous. We opted to upgrade our room and received turndown service every night! The pool was great - the drinks were expensive though. There were lots of food options inside the hotel, which was nice, and the atmosphere was great. We received a coupon for a discounted price for two tickets to the Cirque du Soleil show at the hotel - definitely something to take advantage of. We'd absolutely stay again!

Trip Type: Romance Review 8 of 184NiceHotel, some small things bothered me
Overall the stay at NewYork NewYork was nice. Small things bothered me. The tub was very high and I hurt my foot a couple of times just to climb into the tub. While I was checking out, I was asked to pay $3.00 even though I did not use any of their services. They said it was standard hotel policy. I did not like that.

Trip Type: Romance Review 10 of 184Would not stay there again
We were given a "newly remodeled room". Not sure when it was remodeled, but certainly was not newly remodeled; carpets were not the cleanest, stains throughout, shower doors were broken and did not work properly. Not thrilled with automatic daily phone charge even though we never used the phone.

Trip Type: Romance Review 12 of 184exciting Vegas!!
Really liked the location. Hotel was good; not as large as some of the other big names, so navigation was really easy. I like the NYC skyline, Statue of Liberty, etc., that gave a little of the Big Apple feel.

Trip Type: Romance Review 15 of 184Worked Out Great
First off, this hotel was wonderful! The only downside was that it was located at the end of the strip (meaning we had to walk a ways to get to the other casinos), but I made the reservations knowing this. The staff inside the casino were extremely friendly and courteous and were always trying to lend a hand. The only exception to this was the bellboys who expected tips all the time. They wanted a tip when I left my bags with them and a tip when I picked my bags up. In no way was I a high-roller on this trip! We did have the roller-coaster outside our window but by the time we went to bed you could hardly hear it and no one rode the coaster until later in the day so we weren't woken at the crack of dawn. I would strongly suggest staying here!
