alittle more attention

they need to get a handle on thier hot water shortage. I was surprised at 630am we ran out of hot water.

One In a Million

Outstanding stay. I cannot say enough about the staff. They went above and beyond and even further to accomadate our travel arrangements. They even payed for our cab to the airport when their shuttle was not immediately available. The rooms were nothing out of the ordinary. good rooms for the price. very clean. Excellent location. within a couple blocks of two trax light rail stations as well as the center of downtown. This will be the only hotel I will stay at in SLC from here on out. Still I cannot pay enough tribute to the staff. I've never met such accomodating people.

Great room for the money

But remember if you don't like barking dogs, ask for there no pet rooms.

not too bad, great location

The hotel was what I wanted, an inexpensive place to stay while I skied and looked at schools in Utah. The room was slightly dirt when we arrived, but it was not bad. My two complaints were that the bathroom door would not shut fully, and it was difficult to get the toilet to flush. However these flaws were made up for by its convenient location. Every night i was able to walk into downtown for dinner. And when i was going to go skiing I was able to get on the highways easily. But, because of its locations right near downtown I did notice some sketchy looking characters hanging around late at night. All and all i was happy with my stay.

Needs Improvement

Room not very clean, shower head broke, heater made extremely loud noise all night long! Was not a good night sleep!
