The best thing about my stay was the hotel resturant ( but that resturant was not the hotels) this hotel nickel and dimed you to death you have to pay extra to park your car you have to pay extra for this extra for that had I known then what I know now I would have never stayed their.

Hotel itself and grounds are great but service personnel particularly in a restaurant downstairs are amaturs. Breakfast was cold, not a smile on their faces.

Trip Type: Business Review 7 of 16Hilton Hotel Greatly Disappoints
I have stayed at this particular hotel approx once or twice a year, many times over the years, even going back to when it was an Adams Mark. Every other time there I stayed "ocean side." This time I had to stay in a room that was categorized as "city-side" and it was a much different experience. First of all, I wasn't expecting much of a view, but what I had (from the 5th floor) was nothing BUT the roof of the building below and sky---no other view. Not that the view was all that important to me considering I am a business traveler, but this was ridiculous! Another thing that was much more noticeable during this stay than ever before, was the sound that could be heard from adjacent rooms. There was way too much noise at night and seemingly in every direction. Finally, and this was the topper... Apparently, the hotel has installed water saving spigots and shower heads... much like the ones that are found in public facilities...the ones that need to be pushed at regular intervals to stay on. I kid you now when I tell you that I must have hit that bathroom water spigot 5o times just to get my teeth brushed and shaved. And then the shower (tub had hair in it) had a "second" shower head installed that let so little water out that I could hardly rinse myself after soaping up. In a Hilton hotel charging the rates that they do... this is ridiculous. I will never stay there again.

Trip Type: Business Review 10 of 16Hotel was absolutly great. It is more expensive than other local hotels, but it is worth the money
Room was great, internet worked great, service was great. It was more expensive than other local hotels. But it was worht the money not to have any hassles and the service made up for the money. Get extra pillows, the don't mind and the don't charge extra for them.

Trip Type: Business Review 11 of 16Wonderful hotel, but housekeeping needs improvement
I stayed here for a week, and loved it! It is one of the very best in the area, in a great location, with gorgeous views, fab pool and great bars/restaurants. The rooms are huge. The only complaint was the fact that housekeeping only replaced the toiletries once during my entire stay. Further, I checked in on a Saturday, then had to leave around noon on Sunday for Orlando and wound up staying there overnight for business (but I kept the room in Daytona) I returned Monday afternoon to find that the room had not been cleaned since I checked in 2 days earlier. To be fair, had I complained I'm sure they would have corrected everything, as the hotel in general is very well-run, but some of the housekeeping staff are obviously better than others.
