Trip Type: Rest and Recreation Review 1 of 52Very Busy - Not Ideal for Relaxing Getaway
We were staying at the hotel because we were attending a Rams game the next day. We arrived in the early evening to a packed lobby and long line at check-in. Upon check-in the concierge explained that the room we had booked (and already paid for) was no longer available, but offered to put us in a room with two double beds. The accomodation was not ideal, but we were glad to even get a room. There was also some type of convention happening at the hotel, so it was hard to maneuever to a different section of the hotel to catch the elevator. The room had a great view, and decent amenities. The cleaning job looked a bit hasty, but nothing that caused us to change rooms. The location is incredibly convenient, and the discounted parking rate offered by the hotel beats paying for parking at the garage. The restaurant and hotel bar was nice as well, and we had some great appetizers and drinks. Overall, I would probably stay there again, but not during baseball or football season.

Hotel staff were excellent, went for a small bach party and was greeted as soon as we entered by the staff recognizing that! Great location, clean, cab service very speedy! Nice classy place to stay.

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 4 of 52Didn't get what we paid for.
Reserved a king size room but was told it would not be available until later. We had to settle for 2 double beds. Room was also to have view of arch, ours ended up having view of industrial buildings. They had a band playing outside until at least 1:00 a.m. that could be heard even on the 5th floor.

Great spot for the Cards game. Has problem with one of our rooms, but it worked out great - ended up with a better room and free B'fasts for all and free vale parking - well over a $100 in savings. Good mgt and very helpful staff.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 9 of 52disappointed
Bathroom was too small for two people to use at the same time. Could not open door and keep using the mirror. Also contacted some kind of biting bug that caused huge welts that lasted for the next week. Definitely not a good experience. It was a very convenient location and the staff was very friendly.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 10 of 52Great location, great hotel
If you need a downtown hotel or one near Busch Stadium, this is the one to use. It is very clean, rooms are spacious, hotel staff is great. This is not the least expensive, but it is still a good value.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 12 of 52Fine hotel, but not where we wanted to be,
The hotel was right next to the more historical pieces of St. Louis. Unfortunately, those historical things only take a couple of hours to see and peruse. After that, it was pretty boring. Everything near this hotel was closed on Saturday. I would suggest going further west. There are some really nice places in the University City area that would make for a good retreat and they are close enough to to the Arch and the Jefferson Memorial to make a quick trip. As far as the hotel, it left a little to be desired.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 13 of 52Beautiful views!
Comfortable and clean room with lush bedding! We enjoyed the night views out the beautiful windows - views of the city, manicured parks, and lighted arch! Ball park just across the street, but not overly noisy at all. King size bed/room = great value for the price. Loved having wonderful coffee shop in the lobby! Look forward to going back.
