Trip Type: Business Review 1 of 14Left my door open
After coming back to the hotel from a full day of work i found the door propped open with the slidelock. Nothing was missing but this means that my room was open the entire day since the maid had come to clean the room. UNACCEPTABLE

Trip Type: Business Review 2 of 14Good location
The location of this hotel is great for tourists or baseball fans. It's a block away from the ballpark and maybe 2 blocks from the St Louis Arch. The restaurant/bar downstairs is pretty good, but pricey. But what hotel bar is not pricey?

Trip Type: Business Review 5 of 14Great Room for the money
I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The parking was the only question, but I totally understood when it was explained to me. If the cost of parking is a concern to anyone, (as it was to me),be sure to ask questions so you will know how much you are paying. However, the hotel was first rate. The self parking was very convenient. I had a beautiful view of downtown St. Louis. I will try this spot and hotels.com again for the value for the money. I really like knowing what hotel I am going to be in rather than just a "five star" Thanks!

Trip Type: Business Review 7 of 14Great Stay
I booked for three nights, attending a conference at the same property. The king room had a sofa & arm chair, as well as a comfortable desk chair, a wall of windows, and pleasantly decorated. I took the MetroLink train from the airport to the Stadium station (about 30 minutes, highly recommended) and as I walked toward the Hilton (5 min. from station) I thought it looked a little tired from the outside - so I was prepared for an outdated interior of mauve and silk flora. MUCH to my surprise, the place is very modern inside, with dark wood, open spaces and real, beautiful flowers and plantings in the common areas. The staff was tremendously helpful, graciously filling some specific needs and requests I had throughout the weekend. The breakfast buffet was also a pleasure, with a good variety of fresh fruits, lox and the traditional accompaniments were very good, although the eggs could've been diced finer, along with plenty of the standard breakfast fare. They even had bottled water and granola bars one could take for a snack later on! The large, comfortable business center was not stuck in some windowless corridor, and the pool and gym areas were fantastic. I will definitely return to the Hilton at the Ballpark on my next trip to St. Louis!

Trip Type: Business Review 8 of 14Parking is Expensive - but hotel staff is great
Unless you want to walk about a block away to park your own car, you'll pay almost $25.00/day for valet parking. You will have to walk a ways to find valet to retrieve your vehicle. But hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice. Would have thought for the price we could have free internet in the rooms. Also, no fridge in rooms. That would have been nice. Ice machines not on every floor was inconvenient, especially with elevators in demand because of a conference in the hotel.

We loved this hotel. We booked a double bed and they upgraded us to a king size bed with an awesome view of the ball park. The room was very clean. The staff there was great, so friendly and helpful. The restaurant was very good too. The buffet they had was wonderful. I recommend this hotel to anyone, it was great!

Small bathrooms. Bad elevators. Nice bed. It's a nice Hotel, but it shouldn't cost that much.
