Great room for the money

Loved the bed

I have to say ,I have stayed in a lot of Hotels, and that bed had to be the most comfortable I have ever slept in..I will always stay at a Shereton Hotel from now on, I hope all the Sheretons have the same comfort in beds..

Good Hotel

The bed was verry comfortable, the couch was not...also had some problems with the internet service, but the technician resolved it. Was not happy about the $10 parking fee either...other wise great!

Perfect for the price

Can't beat it for the price. Not too far from downtown. A tad bit smaller than expected for a suite but still very satisfied. Would definitely consider staying here again if I return to Dallas.

Parking

We were disappointed in the fact that there was a charge(with tax) for parking your own car, The rooms were much smaller than the web site pictures lead one to believe. However the beds were very comfortable and bedding crisp and cozy.

A clean, quiet place in the middle of Dallas

Very clean room,bed was great, very quiet rooms despite nearness to highway,staff is always friendly and helpful. have stayed here twice and had no complaints left refreshed.

Excellent Hotel

The hotel was easy to find right off of the interstate. It was conveniently located next close to all major freeways so it made travel around Dallas a breeze. The hotel itself was very nice. The rooms were very spacious, with large tvs in each room. I had the best sleep I have had in a while, the beds were just that comfortable. Great hotel, great price

Good Layout

The room was spacious and laid out well. It was very nice and clean.

Won't stay here again...

We booked two suites for the resting place of a bachelorette party. When we arrived to check in at 4:30pm, we were told that there were no two rooms available on the same floor. Then we were told that there was only one room available at that time because the other rooms were still being cleaned. That was quite inconvenient, since we had a list of activities to start at 5pm and wouldn't be back to the hotel until late night/early morning. But they assured us that they checked us in to both rooms in the computer, so we only needed to pick up our key cards when we got back. So all nine of us had to get ready for our festivities in one room and leave all of our stuff there. Then once we got back to the hotel at 2:30am, there were different people at the front desk, and it was like pulling teeth to convince them that we had already checked in and that the room should be waiting for us. When we finally got access to the 2nd room, half of us had to stop by the 1st room to gather their stuff before they could retreat to their room. The beds were uncomfortable with stiff pillows and sheets as hard and crisp as a sheet of paper. Also, you have to pay a fee for overnight parking. But the parking is outside in front of the building... no protection from the elements... so why pay? Especially considering there are free parking spaces on the side of the building...??? The suites looked nice, but that's about the best thing I can say about the hotel. Needless to say, we won't be back.

Very clean hotel and the people working there were very helpful with anything that I needed. I loved the service and will suggest this Sheraton Hotel to everyone that I know that will be visting the Dallas area.

The hotel room was spotless when we checked in, and the staff was extremely friendly. I will definitely be staying again any time I am in Dallas.
