Nice hotel

We stayed at this hotel for a family vacation with my grandkids. The suite is small but was comfortable and quiet. Our rooms had a small balcony. The hotel is nice with lots of ammenities. Good neighborhood. The hotel is right next to Medievel Times which my grandkids enjoyed. They charge extra for parking, no complientary breakfast, and the price was a little high. We had a great time even though it rained the whole weekend. I would recommend this hotel to a friend.

Exceeded our Expectations

We were suprised to find that the room exceeded our expectations. Upon arrival at the hotel, the lobby was very inviting, the room was very clean!! The beds were very comfortable. My family and I enjoyed our stay very much and plan on returning again!

"Great Room for the money, by far"

Room was great but we our reservation was for two double beds and we got a king with a pull out couch. We had to return parts of our room service meals because they did not taste right (kids, chocalate milk). Great room with balcony though. Nice furnishings and was close to the American Airlines center event we were going to.

Close to everything

We will stay there again. Close to everything we wanted to see.

Great place to stay. Staff was friendly and very helpful. I would have payed 3 times that amount to stay in a hotel like this one. Highly recommend!!!

Very comfortable and modern

I got my room at an excellent price, especially for the location, style and comfort of the hotel. The only issue I had was that upon checking in, we were given a King bed suite and I had booked a suite with two doubles. This was a problem since I had myself, my husband and our 3 children. This meant one of the children had to sleep on the floor. The desk said when you book on a third party reservation system like Hotels.com you are not guaranteed a room type.

Great Hotel bad plumbing

This was one of the best hotels that we have stayed in; in the Dallas area. For the forth of July weekend the rates for this hotel was outstanding. The only problem that we encountered in our room was the toilet plumbing was really bad. When we first got into the room we noticed that the toliet was just about to over flow then the repairman came up to fix it rather quickly. The next morning the toliet would even flush at all. I would rate this hotel to be 4 stars, but the toliet kept it from being 5.

All I Needed

I recently stayed here for the second time. The quality and comfort is amazing. Everytime I visit Dallas this is where I will stay.

Good hotel, good price

Located close to many tourist activities. Parking and internet are a little expensive compared to other hotels I've stayed in. Room was clean, beds comfortable, great showers & toiletries. Hotel was quiet and allows pets.

Outstanding Hotel

With the promotional rate, this hotel was exceptionally outstanding. At the standard rate, this hotel was very good.

great stay overall

didn't really have enough interaction with staff to get a good or bad experience. But check in and check out were painless. the room itself was excellent the amenities, 2 flat screens, sofa and bed were great. My only gripe could be the bed was not that comfortable. but overall would definitely stay again
