This was a getaway weekend for me from work and family. I was very impressed with the suite. Not too happy about the price for parking each day, but overall had a wonderful stay.

The hotel was located in a great location for downtown aces. It was clean but the maid service was slow. It didn't bother us, but the decor is a little dated. People were friendly.

I was a little disappointed with the suite. Even though it was spacious, it was a little rundown. My room was missing a hair dryer, cups for the in-room coffee maker, and a remote control for the TV. The beds were a little hard and the sheets very stiff. Also, the door knob was missing from the door to the bathroom. Besides these small complaints, the room was fine for the price. Another plus was the breakfast buffet. Very good and very affordable. The grounds and Lobby area were very nice and well-maintained, but the rooms themselves were worn out. They did not look like the pictures on the website.

Was nice,.. service and everything,.. but there no free internet in the rooms. For a hotel of this standard that sort of penny pinching was annoying. I also found things to be a bit pricey. So overall I don't think it's good value for your money!

Nice hotel, however even with a huge parking lot out front....you still had to pay to self park your car? Also, you had to pay for the net. Other that those two things this is a great hotel.

very comfy beds and a separate room with wet bar, near downtown dallas and oaklawn (gay neighborhood), makes this a great place to stay!
