Messed up my room service order. Did not get some of what I ordered as they 'were out'. Did not credit bill after they assured me they would

Great Hotel

My first time in dallas, i took my daughter to the jonas brothers concert at the new cowboy stadium. this hotel was right on the money, will stay there again if i am in dallas.

Comfy Big Room

Nice 2 room suite with flat panels in each room...got a balcony room. Good all around stay...

Outstanding Hotel

Generally I stay at the competition hotel next door when I'm on business travel in Dallas, Texas. Not this time. And, I won't ever again. The Sheraton Suites is fabulous! Being a business owner I'm high maintenance and the hotel staff took care of every need, from taxi service to copies of my speech, deliveries, etc. I'll be back in February and April of 2010 and that's the place I'll stay!!!!

Great hotel, except for dining

Great hotel, especially for the money, except for hotel's restaurant. It wasn't that the service was bad, it was non-existent. This seems to be a recurring, non-stop complaint from guests hoping to dine, to the front desk who seemed helpless to do anything about it.

Disappointed with amenities

We couldn't check in on time because the room wasn't ready. There was an extra charge to park in their parking lot. There was an additional fee for wireless access unless you want to sit in the lobby. The vending machines weren't in the room with the ice machines although the signs said they were. Other than that we were satisfied with the hotel.

Great place but...

Loved my stay there, but they nickle and dime you to death. Phone calls are charged for, as is parking. Other than that, the service was great, bed was fantastic, and it was within a short walk to Market Hall and the gunshow. I'll stay there again.

Hotels.com does it again

I can't believe we got the room for what we did on Hotels.com. They really saved us the bucks. Only down side is that the hotel nickle and dimes you to death. They charge for internet in your room ( free in lobby ), phone calls and 8 bucks a night for parking. Other than that, it was a fantastic stay.

Tremendously comfortable and affordable

This hotel is extremely comfortable and convenient. It is a true suite with a seperate living area. And I got it at a great price.
