A real gem

A real gem, conveniently located to the San Jose Ca Airport. The hotel is new, beautifully decorated in a great location for shopping and dining out. My only knock would be the air conditioning would not properly cool the room. Other than that, i thought the hotel was an excellent value for the money.

Beautiful Hotel

Great hotel. Beautiful, comfortable rooms. Free wifi and continental breakfast were great as well. Location is great right in the middle of Santana Row. Would absolutely stay there again.

one of my favorite hotels anywhere-period

this is the place to stay. all the sports teams stay here and any vips in the area.u can walk to any bar, store, movie theater. staff is incredible as is the room.

beautiful hotel hip location

The hotel Valencia Santana row was beautiful! The room was spacious and comfortable and offered free internet. The service was excellent! They turned down the bed, filled the ice bucket, and turned on light music while I was out. It is situated right in the middle of a great upscale shopping and dining outdoor mall with another huge indoor mall just down the street. Room service food was excellent but expensive (not surprisingly for the quality of the hotel). It had a beautiful outdoor pool and a contemporary Asian themed interior. Overall it was great and I definitely recommend it for a business traveller or romantic getaway!
