The hotel was close to where we wanted to be, but next time I'll spend a little more to stay somewhere else. Hotel is run down, rooms have seen their day and the place needs a major overhaul.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 3 of 18Customer service was bad
I was particularly disappointed about our reception at the time of check-in. The lady did not interact as anybody would have liked her to, no smile, a very cold greeting. Our queries were not welcomed in a good manner. The hotel's location was quite good, just at a distance of about 5 minutes from the American Falls. The bed linen and bathroom towels had a very peculiar unhealthy smell. Overall not satisfied for the amount spent.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 4 of 18Great room for the money
The room was very comfortable, very clean, and very near Niagara Falls. I had a real good experience with the hotel, and would recommend it to everyone.

I'll make this short and simple. If you are just looking for a bed and a roof that is within walking distance to the Falls and the Casino then this is the place for you. Be prepared to have leftover food from the last room resident still present when you get to your room. Neither of the beds in the room had a fitted sheet, so if you toss and turn in your sleep you will quickly find yourself on the soiled mattress. Parking is unheard of, there is a grand total of 20 parking spaces for a hotel that fits hundreds. The hallway carpets look like the hotel personally hired someone to drop a cupful of soda on the ground every 5 steps. On the plus side the showers did have a massaging head, so if that's enough to overlook the other flaws then the Days Inn Niagara at the Falls is the place for you.

the hotel was a great location for walking to the falls, casino and canada. The room had good space, but was not clean. Our bathroom had hair all over the floor and needed to be updted. wall paper stained-the toliet had a big crack and black spot inside it.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 8 of 18Great location, not so great Hotel
Loved the location, right by the falls, casino, close to everything. The hotel itself not so great. Not as nice as most Days Inns. Parking was horrible. The room itself ok but seemed very old and outdated. I would not stay at that hotel again. Nicer hotels in same location.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 9 of 18Im not at all too picky customer
So to be fair my only stipulation be that the bathroom is clean and the beds comfortable enough to catch up on sleep. Its in a great location walking wise. Most places can be reached just by taking a short walk. However, the town of niagra itself is barren, run down and dilapidated. I suppose if youre only looking for the main touristy attractions youre golden. However taking a drive around youll realize it needs an overhaul. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. We asked around as to the best place to go for a really nice dinner. The maid staff were extremely polite. The tv situation was a little maddening. For some reason anytime text flashed across the screen there was loud bursts of static. The parking lot is also being worked on so there werent many available spaces. All in all it was worth the price to me. Although after seeing the town itself I think aquiring your passport and going to the canadian side is a way better bet.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 10 of 18Overpriced for what you get
The elevator lights were not working, the hallway smelled bad, the room was dusty, the television cable was not working so no tv, there was no exhaust in the bathroom. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. But, the staff was friendly and efficent and the location was good.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 11 of 184 mins walk to Maid of the Mist
This hotel is just 4 mins walking distance from Niagara Falls (Maid of the Mist ride). You can park at the hotel and walk to the falls to save $10 parking near the falls. The hotel is comfortable enough for a night stay. One thing that I didn't like is that they dont have a Continental Breakfast but other than that a great value for money.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 12 of 18Worth the value
Very near to Niagara - on spot 24 hrs. Denny's is outstanding - specially in off-seasons or weekdays when most of the nearby restaurants are closed. Quick service but maintenance not up to the mark. The floors are dingy and wacky in certain cases - good for a budget trip to Niagara. Do not take your GF here!! OK with wife - excellent single/backpackers.

Great room for the money! The hotel is very close to all major atraction and you don't need to use a car. However I visit Niagara Falls in Winter/Spring Seson (March) and couldnot enjoy all of the atractions because of that.

The room had such an awful smell when we arrived we had to open the window for at least an hour when it was freezing outside but that didn't matter because the room was about a 110 degrees when we got in it. The elevators were awful.Every other floor had ice machines and the lobby and everyone but one was broken. The bathroom was not very clean at all. From the outside you could see duck tape holding the curtains together. Makes you wonder how clean the beds were! Do not recommend this hotel.
