Disappointed

The soaps were taken away from my room on the second day and never put back. Mold was found on the bathroom ceiling. Free internet access coupon was not offered at the time of check-in. I had to go back to the front desk and asked for it. Front desk attendant didn't ask for my room preference at the time of check-in. Continental breakfast was not included. No skin lotion was available even when we asked the cleaning maids for it. Overall condition of the room was old. It seems that it hasn't been maintained for at least 10 years.

Needs Improvement

The hotel pool was supposed to be heated and it was freezing plus there was no hot tub my son and his freinds wanted to swim all night till 10pm but the pool was freezing.

Not much to do in the immediate area

There was not a lot to do in the surrounding area. Not really a good location for small children. It was really nice to be able to take the light rail system right from the hotels doorstep so to speak.

The hotel in my opinion does not warrant a 4 star. It's more like a 3 star.
