Nice Hotel

This hotel was very nice - The line to check into the hotel was very long and had to wait a while to check in - They definately need additional staff working.

OK, but wouldn't stay there again

Hotel was nice, clean, very average. Nothing special. Bed was very uncomfortable (there were four of us in the room and we all agreed on this point). This was enough to keep any of us from ever going there again. Check-in was a nightmare. Staff was friendly and helpful, but needed twice as many. Great buffet lunch in the hotel.

Nice Hotel

I was a little disappointed when I checked into the hotel, the only rooms available were smoking rooms. I requested that the room be deordorized and it helped a little. It's a shame that they could not accomodate us with a non-smoking room. The attendant at the front desk mentioned that requesting a non-smoking room was a preference not a guarantee. One guest in my party has asthma and it was very difficult for her to sleep in a smoking room. The last thing she wanted to do is use her inhailer while on vacation.

Great Trip

First time using Hotels.com and was extremely happy with the process. TI was a great hotel. It was clean, affordable, quiet, pleasant, and had wonderful staff to work with. We had a problem with the TV in our room. I called maintence and within 5 mins they were there and fixed the problem. Very fast and efficient. We would use Hotels.com and would stay at TI again. If I "had" to find one thing wrong with this hotel it would be that the pool wasn't very large. But that was a very minor thing. Absolutely a wonderful stay. We even tried to extend our stay we were so happy with the hotel.
