Watch out, everybody

It is really important to note that after you've made your reservation commitment, and your credit card has been charged, you will receive a separate email from the hotel with the "Helpful Info" that you will be charged an additional, large, nightly fee for the use of the facilities, which includes spa entrance, internet access and newspaper. Then, when you get to the hotel, the spa will be closed, there will be no newspaper at your door (you have to get it in the lobby, which nobody mentions), and there's a big sign in the room announcing the hourly rate to use the internet, which you are evidently supposed to ignore. I am outraged at this bait and switch tactic. The posted rate plus this extra fee is equivalent to a larger room in a much nicer hotel. The staff will blame all this on the "new owner." I don't know who the new owner is, but my recommendation is that you don't give him any of your money. I regret that I gave him mine.

Bug Bites

I stayed at Treasure Island and we ended up getting mosquito or some sort of bug bites. Otherwise, the room was nice and the bed was comfortable.

Price is great; service lacking

The night we checked in it was cold by Las Vegas standards (upper 40's/low 50's). TI had the air conditioning on in the room. Tried to turn the heat on, but cold air kept blowing. Called front desk, and the had someone up there quickly. The gentleman was kind enough to say it could take a few minutes to a few hours to fix and offered to put us in another room. Fine, no problem. They did not, however, offer to bring the new room key up, nor did they move the luggage. A few days later when we checked out, I did it through the television. I requested that a statement be emailed to me; 5 days later, I have still have not received it. Not a horrible experience by any means, but nor was it a "treasure".

good for the money

the hotel was clean and in general ever one was helpful. the one bad thing was if you were gambling you could not get a drink to save your life. Cocktail service was the worst i have ever seen in 20 years of going to Vegas. It was that way all weekend and it was not busy!

A charge for everything! Paid $6 to print 2 airline boarding passes.

Hotel is in fine condition, clean and friendly. But if you go to Las Vegas expect to pay for everything; and nothing is inexpensive anymore!

great hotel for the money

T.I. was a great hotel for the money, very good location, rooms were VERY nice bedding was top notch. Only problem was with our room keys, they keep getting de magnetized, so we had to stand in line again & get new keys.

Staff needs help

From the Front Desk to the Valet they need help. It started with the Bell Man ignoring me when I needed to get luggage out of the car. It took 45 Min. to check in, and Valet not helping or holding the door when I needed to put luggage back in the car. Everybody wants the hand-out (tip) but does not want to work for it. Does not include the foul language the employees where using inside the casino.

nice hotel with excellent location

although there are more luxurious hotels on the Vegas strip, Treasure Island is a great value for the location!

Fun hotel

We had never been to Vegas before, and picked TI because it was in the middle of the strip. It was a fun hotel with lots to do. It was convienent to get around, but we didn't need to go anywhere to have fun and eat good food. The restaurnts were varied in types of food and in price so there is something for everyone. Being in the TI made it easy to get around, you are not too far from other hotels, and the buses and trams made it easy to get around. Would absolutely stay there again!

Outstanding View

The strip view facing south from our room was phenomenal. Also, the most comfortable bed we had ever slept in.
