I expected for the Price

Lobby is great, the room was cold and damp. TV's in the room were from the 90's. Room overall was clean, i expected more for the price. Very few choices for meals within five minutes of the hotel.

Great hotel

Staff is very professional and helpful. Just down the street from the Pearson Vue Testing Center, where I took the NCLEX. Very convenient being that close. Neighborhood is definitely business area but is not ghetto at all.

Talk about value

The price/value comparison of this hotel is unbelievable. I could not beleive how nice the place was for so little. If staying in the Silicon Valley area, this hotel is a hidden secret, stay no where else!

AC does not work very well. Front desk rep not very pleasant or accommodating.

Great Room for the money

Be sure to tell them if you are a smoker and if you want a refrigerator in your room. A lot of hassle even though we told them and it was part of the deal in the very beginning. A lot of confusion could have been avoided after a 7 hour drive to this hotel if people would correctly catorgorize the amenities instead of trying to sell you something that is not true.
