Trip Type: With Friends Review 1 of 13Nice overall
Good value for the money, close to metrolink transit to get to the arch and union station.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 2 of 13Nice Getaway
The hotel staff was outstanding. The beds were out of this world comfortable. The only downside for this hotel is the size of the bathroom, extremely small for a Sheraton(two people cannot get ready at the same time). The hotel is located in the business district but finding places to eat were few and far between.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 6 of 13Unexpected
The hotel seemed like a good bargain by compairing it to other hotels in the area. That was until they said that we would have parking to our bill. $15 dollars per day per vehicle, luckily we only had two. However this unexpected fee caused this hotel to be more expensive than several of our other choices. We arrived on Wednesday and our neighbors had room service brought up that night. When we checked out on Sunday, we had to tell the desk clerk that our neighbors food tray was still sitting outside the room. The biggest and most upsetting surpise came when we got back to our room on Saturday and our belongings had been moved around and at least two of our suitcases had been rummaged through. Nothing was missing, but that was very upsetting. We will not stay at this hotel again.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 7 of 13Recommend staying at Sheraton in Clayton!
I was upset when I realized I had booked a hotel that was not in downtown St. Louis and it was too late to cancel. My friends and I decide to go for it anyway. The neighborhood was VERY nice!! Classy and clean! We were about 12 minutes from downtown ($30 cab ride). The hotel was VERY nice and the staff was friendly. Only down side was that the room was smaller than expected. Only 3 people were staying in there and when we were getting ready for the day, it was a tight squeeze. The beds were comfortable and we LOVED the down comforters, but the pillows left a lot to be desired. We were all very pleased with staying in Clayton and all agreed that we would stay there on our next trip. We felt safe in the suburb and were close to everything.

This was a great hotel, and the staff was very professional. They should offer complimentary internet.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 11 of 13Under renovation
Hotel under renovation. Had a few issues with our room, and had to change twice. We were accommodated, however, by a free breakfast. The staff was very friendly and worked to resolve the issues.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 12 of 13Service Could Stand Some Improvement
The first night of our stay we arrived fairly late (around 11PM). I had reserved a room with 2 double or queen size beds for myself, my fiancee and our 2 friends. When I arrived, I was given a room key and went up to my room. There was 1 king bed in it. I went down to the desk and was told that the room I had booked was not available. They offered to provide a rollaway bed which took about 45 minutes to arrive. The next day however we were able to change into a room with 2 beds. Also, on the 2nd day we requested more towels and were told that there were no more. The customer service (especially during the night shift) could definitely stand improvement. On the plus side the hotel is close to the Metro.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 13 of 13Beautiful Hotel
The decor in the hotel was beautiful, and it was super clean. It made you feel good to be staying in such a nice place for such a low fare. The service was excellent. The staff was on top of everything we needed from a taxi to towels, we got very quick service.
