Trip Type: Family Review 1 of 17Wonderful Stay
We had three rooms for 2 families (4 adults, 8 children) Since we paid through hotels.com we were concerned that we would get shorted on the rooms. But the rooms far exceeded our expectations. It is a 5 minute walk to metro and plenty of food places around for a quick bite. The kids really enjoyed the pool (3 ft-9 ft deep). Two of our rooms connected and we got keys that worked for both rooms. The third room was next door so it worked out great! We loved St. Louis and the FREE museums, zoo, etc. We would definitely use hotels.com again to get a room.

Trip Type: Family Review 3 of 17Decent Hotel but Elevators Awful
The recent redo of rooms and public areas is quite nice for the price. Air conditioning makes loud noise frequently and wakes people up. Elevators are horrible and it was not unusual to have to wait 5-10 minutes to get down. The hotel needs to address this basic requirement for me ot recommend it.

Trip Type: Family Review 5 of 17The room was great, but there is alot of hidden charges.
The cleanliness was amazing, but most the front desk staff was horrible. There is no complimentary breakfast, and you have to pay to park a car there each day. Internet access is 10.00 daily and you have to use it in the lobby.

Trip Type: Family Review 6 of 17Service leaves something to be desired.
Things started downhill since I got there. They have canceled my reservation (without calling me) because I arrived late (the lady from the graveyard shift) eve though I made the reservation that night. They charged my credit card, so I had 2 charges. There was food on the hall from another guest room service for the entire 4th of July weekend and when I went to use the Gym no water in the cooler and trash haven't been emptied. The only positive was Tim the bellman who was very helpful. Kind of crapy for the Sheraton name.

Trip Type: Family Review 14 of 17Not what I expected
I was disappointed to find out when we arrived at the hotel that most of it was under contruction. We had small children with us who were expecting to be able to swim, however due to the construction we weren't able to utilize this eminity. This made it someone difficult to keep the children entertained.
