good rooms

Bally's had the most spacious rooms I've ever had from a Vegas casino. The location is also great. The only bad thing is that you can't check in until 4PM and have an early check out of 11AM

Wonderful Stay

We loved our stay at Bally's. It was in a perfect location, it was easily accessible. Our room was clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly. We would definitely recomend this hotel to anyone.

Good location

the pool was closed at the time of our visit, but we were able to walk to paris and use theirs. good location, okay price,but asked to upgrade upon check in for more money. clean and comfy room. food service dishes left out in the hall all day, some overnight. a lot of street solicitors 2 blocks south, was annoying to walk that direction.

$3 to use the safe?!

The rooms need to be remodeled. Also, they chage you $3.00 a day to use the safe in your room. WOW!

Very nice middle of the pack type hotel

Was nicer than expected, would definitely stay and recommend to others, but was not happy with lack of Guest courtesy computer for printing airline boarding passes.

Good Hotel with Good Location

The hotel was located in the middle of the strip which was perfect. The new rooms were spacious and very clean (did not smell of cigarettes). The only negative was the walking distance from the strip entrance to the hotel towers. I would definately recommend staying here.

First Time Visitor Treated Like Royalty

I checked in after 9 PM at night tired but wired--my first trip to Vegas. The woman checking me in couldn't find the same class of room I paid for via hotels.com. Instead, she upgraded me to a small suite! I was flabbergasted by this free upgrade. Everything about my room was impeccably clean. Shower could have been a little stronger water flow, but I'm picky and, after all, it is the desert. Also, there was noise/loud talking one morning at 8 AM (grr!) right outside my door, but that was a guest's fault, not the hotel's. Everyone bent over backward to make my stay happy and pleasant. I'd return tomorrow if I could, LOL!

Okay for the money

Since I stayed at the Venetian and Palms hotels before, my opinion may be biased. We chose this hotel because of the central location. However, my stay did not seem like "home", as the water was hard and the shower very basic. The bed was alright. I was so excited to go home, which is sad when you're in Vegas! For those who want clean and basic rooms, this is your hotel. For those who want something more, Bally's is not recommended.

Great room for the money

Room was great even though we were right next to the ice machine and elevators it was so quiet, location was wonderful, staff was frendly and helpful, they need more check in/check out stations open - the line was almost 100 people deep and they had 4 people working, took almost 45 min to check in and out.

Good location quality of hotel not so good

This hotel is located in a good location, the overall maintance of the hotel is pretty good, except the rooms seem a little old. House keeping did not clean the garbage we had in the trash cans for the 3 days we were there.
