Very Satisfied

The only uncomfortable thing was that the mattress must have been EXTRA firm because it felt like sleeping on a board with no give.

the room smells like a combination of smoke and musty odor, we did not sleep well.

Big hotel. Really nice room. We were on the 5th level with a great view on the air conditions... but you are in Vegas for the party! Staff is unfriendly and rude. All other amenities are very expensive. No free Internet...

Very well maintained hotel

The room was large and contained everything 2 people could ever desire. Hotel staff are outstanding. The beds were very confortable. The only problem is that the walls are paper thin and you can hear people talking in the corridor

cool but

Nice hotel my only complaint would be them charging $14 for internet service no free wifi i mean really? I have stayed at the Days Inn and Best Western and gotten free wifi. what a rip off $14 for 24 hours? a joke.

Hotel was too crowded. Hotel Staff were rude- Needs major improvement

Was very disappointed with the hotel atmosphere. Paid extra money for an upgrade, yet room was definitely not upgrade. Guest check in staff were rude and condescending. Stayed at Ballys few years ago realy enjoyed it, but this time was different. Room was not appealing, general areas looked filty and overcrowded. Staff were not welcoming at all. Will not stay at Ballys again neither will I recommmend Ballys to others.

Great room for the money

We were surprised how nice the room actually was. We were celebrating our friends wedding. We didn't stay were they were married at b/c it was out of our budget. We were in walking distance to their ceremony and other hotels and enjoyed staying on the strip. We had a great time, and will definitely consider staying at Bally's again.
