Theb hotels' illuminated sign was out, so drove by it 2 times. I am unfamiliar with Houston, so I got lost and had to call the hotel.

The room was quite OK but a bit unclean and smelly. AC noisy as hell. Most worrying thing was that both the deadbolt and the U-lock on the door were broken with signs of forced entry. Staff was "unaware" of broken locks but promised to fix them. Oh yeah, this is no hotel but motel.

Everything in the room felt damp. The celling in the bedroom started to peel and fall. The bathroom had mold in places.No insert for the toilet paper.Coffee pot would not shut off. Had to pull the plug. Had to walk over to the other building for ice.No lights on the signs. It is next door to a factory. Semis parked in the driveway day and nite. Hotel is set back off the road behind a resteraunt, and is hard to see.

The room was good for the location and the price. Nice staff, clean room, good cold air conditioning on a very hot day. Water flow in the shower needs minor repair.

the clerk was friendly, entrance to hotel was hard to spot, we had a super early flight out of hobby the next morning so it was a decent place to crash for one night

Make sure you call hotels.com if you come across a situation that required for you to pay additional days or your reservation was not uploaded. You might be charged twice. The manager was very helpful and was able to fix the problem on the spot, because of her we will return to stay at the Baymont Inn Houston Hobby Airport. Everything else was great.

I would recommend it for a short stay. It was fairly clean, even though there were some dirty corners and some little ants. Breakfast was good, with several choices and people in the front desk were very nice and willing to help. Fast check in and check out.

Hotel was great, the service was great, they worked really hard and were really friendly. The rooms were really nice and comfy, the set up was roomy with lots of space. There was a nice pool as well. The location was good because it was right next to highway 45, so there was easy access to the highway, and you cant hear the highway. The only awkward thing when your first looking for the hotel is that it is a little hard to find because the sign isnt very high.
