I was on a business trip with 2 colleagues, and we pre-booked three non-smoking rooms, but ended up with only one of rooms we requested--the other room reeked of smoke and the third room was very musty-smelling (perhaps as a result of the recent hurricanes there). The free breakfast was adequate, and we found the staff friendly and accommodating. The entrance is a little tricky to find and I'm not sure about the surrounding neighborhood, but overall, I thought we received a fair deal for the price we paid.

Acceptable

In spite of the fact that there was not many people staying at the hotel they stil felt the need to put my in the room facing the parking lot farthest away from everything. You get what you pay for, would stay again only if I had to.

Great Room for the Money!!!!

I was a little concerned based upon the reviews that I read prior to booking the room but I was pleasantly surprised. I did not arrive until about 12:15am - I had a 10:00 appointment and they gave me late check-out because of my late arrival and it was great that I did not have to pack everything prior to my appointment. Other than me being concerned about the area overall Baymont Suites was pleasant experience and the hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Not a bad place for the price.

Have stayed here several times. Not bad for the price. The pool is always clean and usable. Rooms are quite nice, big bathroom. Good little breakfast deal. SImilar to a Comfort Inn maybe not quite as nice. Only complaint would be the overly soft beds but that's a matter of taste.

took care of issue quickly

First got a room with a broken Air Conditioner. The Gentleman at the front desk had me fixed up with a new room which was very comfortable and clean within just a few minutes.

Housekeeping

Overall the service is good at this Hotel, however when it comes to housekeeping it hit or miss depending on the day.

Great Price, Good Room

No frills here, just a clean, comfortable room at a great price. Excellent location near Hobby but the surrounding neighborhood is not too nice. Overall, I would recommend it if you're staying local (near Hobby).

Far enough back from the freeway that it was quieter than I expected, a pleasant syau.

Great option

I traveled on business and was nicely surprised by this hotel. The room was clean and very comfortable. The staff was very friendly. They have a guy there, Crispin, who is happy to assist with directions or general questions. The area is not the best but i felt safe and is right on I-45 which gives you easy access.
