During my stay someone broke my truck window and stealed my GPS from it.

Disappointed

I chose Best Western because my past experiences with them have been great, however this particular one was a disappointment. First, we were supposed to get a double queen room, which we did not get, then the room smelled bad. there was no parking in the front which is fin, but there is no entrance for those who park towards the back. You have to walk all the way to the front of the hotel carrying all your luggage. Definitely not convenient. Also, the second day when we came back to the hotel, we found our door open!! Definitely not a good feeling. breakfast was good though... at least.

Great value for the price

I stayed in a double room with 3 other adults. The beds were double but I slept like a baby. The staff was very nice and helpful and the computers in the lobby were free to use and print from. The price was very cheap for 4 of us -- overall, I had a blast and will definitely stay at Best Western again when I visit Dallas.

Great room for the money.

Clean, quiet hotel with convenient location. Breakfast buffet offered a good variety.

Staff was outstanding!

The staff at the hotel were outstanding! They went out of there way to make sure we got everything we needed. They were wonderful, thanks again! The price was right and we enjoyed our staying there.

Nice place to stay

I loved the room - the bed and pillows are pure comfort. Service was great - no complaints. I found the TV difficult to use - especially moving back and forth on local channels. The food from the restaurant was not all that good and there wasn't much variety.

Great room for the money

Hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful with directions. Hallway was very warm. Bathroom rather small. No counter space. Pillows a little hard. But overall a nice place. I would stay there again.

Great stay for the LOW price

My friend and I were only going to stay one night in Dallas. We're ROckets' fans so we drove to watch their last game of the season against the Mavericks. I don't know Dallas very well and the reviews on this hotel is what made me book because I was super hesitant to book because of how low the price was. The hotel's appearance, cleaness, service and even breakfast well exceeded my expectation for the price that i paid. It was only about 15 min from Downtown which is where the arena is at and the neighborhood was pleasant. Please fill out your reviews, they're important because it helped me make my decision.
