Very Nice and Well Situated

The reception staff was friendly. Access to downtown was easy. The only drawback is that this hotel is on the 635 which can get busy during peak traffic times!

Outstanding and an Excellent Deal!

This hotel exceeded all expectations and was quite a bargain as well! Will most definitely consider staying there in the future.

You get what you pay for

I personally did not like our room the first night-dealt with it because I don't like to complain. It was a little muggy smelling and the bathroom tub was a little rusted and the floor tile grout was dirty. We upgraded to a suite and the first room's bathroom shower curtain smelled sour. They gave us another room, but it was almost the exact same just not as bad. So I probably won't stay there again, but I would recommend it for the money to others if those are some things they don't care about.

You Get What You Pay For

Made reservations for a king deluxe but got queen. Check in staff very nice but on the day I checked out there was only one person at the counter and she was too busy flirting with the guys in line to wait on me so I just left key cards on counter and walked out.

Excellent rooms, service and staff

Great location, hotel was comfortable, beds were very nice, rooms clean, staff helpful. Only thing that was wrong was when it rained the water came into the elevators and made them smell very badly and needed to be cleaned and wasn't taken care of in a timely manner. Other than that, everything else was wonderful.

Great for the money paid

Overall the hotel is nice. However the elevator has a smell like of burnt hair or something like that. The hallways are clean, put it wouldn't hurt to do a touch up paint job. The room was a decent size for two people. I had the king sized bed, and my boyfriend and I loved it. The bed was so soft and the goose down comforter was a real nice touch. I didn't eat the breakfast, but my boyfriend did, can't really take his word for it, cause he will eat anything. The lobby is really nice, and when I checked in the girls were sweet and funny, however when I checked out, the girl (different from check in) was rude and had a bad attitude, other than that. I would be happy to stay here again, and again.

Bad front desk, Dirty room.

The front desk will charge you card without asking permission as to your preference of the "incidental deposit". Then they make you jump through hoops to fix their mistake. When asking to talk to a manager you will always be told no. There is always and excuse. The room was not horribly dirty except for dried food smears on the bed skirt. The toilet paper was not refilled before we got the room. Don't ask for any help...you won't get it!

Some of the front desk pple need to be retrained in customer service, apart from that the hotel was fantastic, and the pool was God sent cos of the heat wave in Dallas.
