Very pleased indeed

Rooms are clean and staff are friendly. Pretty property. We enjoyed the pool and dining area/happy hour. Parking is $8. for valet or $20. for 24 hr self parking. Staff recommended free/safe street parking 1 block behind hotel. Maintenance call was promptly addressed and room substitute offered.

Great location

We loved the fact we could walk to so many interesting restaurants. We never used our car once we got there.

Good Deal

If you want to be in the middle of everything this hotel is perfect. Walking to distance to all restaurants and down town. Hotel is decorated in a more modern, contemporary style and not the usual standard furniture of the average place. When pulling up it will say "only valet parking", which is not true and there is plenty of free parking around. Overall a pleasant stay and a good deal.

Thin walls made it impossible to sleep.

My biggest complaint is that I stayed up all night because I could literally hear the couple next door moaning during sex and they had love music on that went on for hours. I've been in hotels where you sleep like a baby even because the outside noise doesn't get inside the room. I am very upset as the lack of sleep ruined the quality of my "relaxing" vacation.

Very nice hotel

The location in downtown Palm Springs is terrific. The motel itself was very clean and professional looking. The staff was great - especially the valet personnel. My only negative was I thought they tend to 'nickle-and-dime' you. For example, it cost $1 per page to print something at their business center + some for computer time. Also, they had a $9 / day fee for the hotel 'usage' fee (or something like that). These aren't significant expenses, but I kind of brissle at these charges when a much lesser motel wouldn't dream of charging you for these kinds of things. Otherwise, nice place, clean, great location and friendly staff.

Outstanding Hotel

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Zoso. The room was impecably clean and comfortable. The staff were courteous and friendly. We will definitely stay there again.

3 night stay

Booked 2 rooms at the same time and on the same charge, yet the rooms were 2 floors apart. Our room was not vacuumed daily and towels were missing. Parking fees were quite excessive. Hotel manager was very understanding and accommodating. Restaurant food and service were very good.

perfect!

I am realy picky and this hotel was GREAT! nice for adults, but also very kid friendly...the best beds, best service and great pool & bar. yummy food too.
