Trip Type: Romance Review 1 of 95Amazing!
I recently went with my husband, for halloween. We had so much fun! It was relaxing and beautiful. The best part was that it was a walking distance to the casino!. :)

Trip Type: Romance Review 2 of 95Hotel "So-So
Upon arrival, the outside of the hotel promises great things. Very trendy look to the building and the valet was super friendly.Everything is new and clean. The bar and restaraunt seem very upscale. The room is nice and the furnishing are very modern. Too bad looks arent everything. The maid service was poor, with moderate work done and no restocking of consumbles. The pools area is a very weak link. With no beach around, seeing as Palm Springs is in the desert, the pool is an important part to completing an oasis. The chairs and umbrellas are faded and ragged. The pool itself is TINY. And i do mean tiny. At peak use the crowding was horrible. It was like sharing bath water. Not good. I am going to cut short and not even go into detail on the billing issues had despite having paid in advance. Overall not the worst experience ever , but no where worth 200 a night.

Trip Type: Romance Review 3 of 95Very trendy
Beautiful Hotel - recommended improvements: 1. Place Pillow top on ALL Mattress. 2. Include parking fee in overall cost. 3. Provide entertainment at least until 12-1AM 4. Remove OLD lounge chairs in Pool area. Overall I loved this Hotel and will be back again and again. p.s. The food at eatz was execellent.

Trip Type: Romance Review 6 of 95Great Hotel - Unique Architecture
Spacious, comfortable room overlooking the pool. Food very good but does need richer, stronger coffee. Employees were courteous and everyone always had a smile. Overall, exceeded our expectations and we WILL return.

Trip Type: Romance Review 8 of 95Hotel Zoso, best place to stay in PALM SPRINGS!
I Love this hotel! This was my second time at the hotel and it was just as great. The hotel is Ultra time and very fancy. The rooms are awesome and very relaxing...Not to mention the bed in cozy as heck. Perfect place for couples. The hotel in perfectly loctaed in the middle of all the shops. And it is also a few foot steps away from one of the best little burger joints ever! If you stay here you must stop by Tyler's burgers right across the street....Guaranteed the best food you will ever eat. To top it off the the pool is great, it is a little small but it is great! Very clean, nice lounges and they even have cabanas if you want. They also have a poolside bar where you can pick up some drinks!!! If your gonna stay in Palm Springs, stay here! I guarantee you will love it!

Trip Type: Romance Review 10 of 954th of July in PS
The staff was friendly and accomodating. When we arrived we could not get our room to cool down. It was 108 outside and 85 in our room. They quickly moved us into another room. In the evenings they had entertainment in the lobby that was wonderful. The pool is a little small, but plenty of space to lay out and sun. The food in the restaurant is delicious, although we only ate one breakfast there.

Trip Type: Romance Review 11 of 95Great location, very poor service
Staff seemed annoyed that people would actually stay at the hotel. Parking is not advertised to be at an additional cost and is $20/day, which is expensive relative to room costs. Pool area is very unimpressive. Generally there was not enough room to sit and pool is small. Great location in Palm Springs makes up for it.

Trip Type: Romance Review 13 of 95Great Hotel/Great Location
this is my second stay at Hotel Zoso. I was as happy and satisfied as I was the first time. Comfortable rooms, beds and you can't beat the location. My only criticism is that housekeeping needs to maintain the hallways better...there was room service food trays/boxes that layed out in the hall for at least one full day with no one seemingly noticing. It makes an otherwise classy hotel seem a bit tacky. Other then that - a very happy and enjoyable stay. We will be back!

Trip Type: Romance Review 14 of 95Memorial Day Weekend
Much to our surprise, this was a UCLA Frat/sorority weekend plus a wild "gang" wedding party weekend. I don't believe they were all over 21. The pool was packed with loud music coming from a DJ. Couldn't tell you if the pool was clean or dirty since there wasn't any room to even put in a toe. The outlet in the bathroom didn't work and housekeeping said she'd report it..but she never did. The only channels we could get on the TV were analog channels. Our room was very dark even with all the lamps turned on. On the other hand, it was a great location to downtown stores and restaurants. The staff was very pleasant. We would stay again...but will ask if the college kids will be there.

Trip Type: Romance Review 15 of 95Disappointing
The hotel is trendy chic and the decor is nice. But the bed is low and lumpy and sure to give you a sore neck. The pool was very dirty - no filter. The poolside bar was closed...apparently they only open Fri-Sun. During the week you will starve and die of thirst. The whole place was incredibly boring and bland, but it is right in the middle of town and near the casino. For the price, there are a lot of other fun hotels.
