Outstanding hotel

A very nice classy hotel with comfortable rooms and beds. Love the convenience of the casino and downtown restaurants stores. Everyone was helpful and polite.

Good rate and location.

Had read some recent reviews and was a little wary of making reservations, but was PLEASANTLY surprised from check-in to check-out. Room was spacious, clean, nice view. Morning newspaper delivered at the door, coffee maker in room. Within walking distance of shops, restaurants. There is a 24 hour shuttle to the casino, which is just adjacent to the hotel. Based on our experience, I would highly recommend this hotel.

needs improvement

We were put into a smoking room. The smell was horrible. We checked out before going to the casino to recieve our complememtry breakfast & it took almost a half hour to be confirmed for our meal.

Not Blown Away, but Decent Hotel, Good Location

Very average hotel, nothing spectacular, but the beds were comfortable and the location is great in the heart of downtown Palm Springs. Staff wasn't overly impressive or professional, but functional.

NEES IMPROVEMENT

Overall stay was good. A few things in the room needed repairs: hairdryer not working, bathroom faucet not working well, drips, coffeepot not working well, should get new ones because these are very good. Had problems with keycard. Everytime I went back to my room the card would work and I had to go to the front office and get a new card. What a pain in the neck.
