Great accommodations to relax and enjoy the pool, spa and mineral pools, and the full service Spa. Spa experience is worth the money. Good food at the in-hotel Grille and great breakfast buffet at the Casino. Staff is very pleasant and helpful. Great scenery, one block from main street in town, close to shops. Plan to return for another stay!

Relax and Indulge

Great accommodations--older hotel but nicely done, relaxing atmosphere, great Spa with numerous packages and options to really indulge, courteous and wonderful staff, beautiful scenery. The Casino breakfast buffet was oustanding and dinner at the in-hotel Grill was definitely a bang for the buck! Plan to return for a few days next year.

No Covered Parking

In summer it is really a big deal if the parking is covered like in Las Vegas

Great stay!

Went with my 14 yr old daughter. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool was great. Location couldn't be better. Would stay again and again!

Great stay in the middle of everything!

We were excited to receive free buffet vouchers but were unable to use them as one of our guests was under age and not allowed into the building where the buffet was located. We were pleased that the front desk informed us that our vouchers were honored in the cafe. The hotel granted us late checkout (2 more hours!!)and were also allowed to use the pool facilities after our checkout time. They even offered to store our bags with the luggage claim and ticket. I was very impressed and will be returning again.

Quality room for the price

Overall the hotel was not bad. It was very family friendly. The location to down town is all within walking distance. The pool was very nice. The valet's were very attentive as well. The only noticeable item was the bedding was not the greatest as far as comfort, the sheets and blankets were a little stiff, however over all was really not bad for the price. Also the "standard" room does not have a balcony which would have been nice, however it does have a large sliding window that you can open. One other thing that we did not know about was that the restaurants in the casino is for 21 and over including the buffet which was a little disappointing, if you do not have kids the food is fantastic.

Spa hotel

We like this hotel for it's location and the pools. We can spend hours around the large "warm" spa with our children. There is also a large "hot" spa for adults only. This hotel is close to the main street in Palm Springs, hikes in the mountains and gives a place to just relax when you are done for the day.
