Good hotel

Great location, room was clean and right next to the pool. The only bad thing i had to say was that i asked for a non smoking room and i was given a smoking room. The check in staff was rude, but the other staff were great!!

Beautiful Plus

Beautiful hotel and grounds with fantastic amenities. More than we expected. Close to many activities and sites.

Great hotel, BUT...

The hotel is a great place to stay, the property and it's location are perfect. My only complaint is the check-in process. It seems in this technical age the Hotel could speed up the process.

horrible staff

The front desk was so rude. The reservations agents were lost and confused. I will never be going back to this hotel. HORRIBLE!!!

Nice Price for the Accomodations

Great deal on the hotel. Just a couple of things, the hotel was a seperate building from the casino and it was terribly hot the days that we went. Also there was no covered parking, shaded parking would of been nice with temperatures around 105 degrees.

no breakfast with kids

we got vouchers for breakfast to eat at the casino but we had out 3 month old with us and a man met us at the door of the casino and said no one under 21. and i didnt think he would keep us from eating breakfast because we have a baby with us.but he did so we were not happy and couldnt believe it because no one had old us that our baby would keep us from eating there.. i lived in vegas before and saw kids running all over casinos but i guess my 3 month old could have got out of his car seat and played some blackjack.

great hotel

My husband and I spent 1 day at this hotel and even though we have been to Palm Springs so many times and stayed in many of the hotel there,we were very pleased with this one. We got to the hotel about 7 pm and since they were out of king beds we were given a one bedroom suite. The bed was comfortable,room was clean and staff was great. My only disappointment was that we had to pay for parking ($8)which we were not aware of until we got there. Overall,it was a great short trip.

Outstanding deal

We booked at the last minute and got an excellent rate. We waited in line for check in and were given an incorrect room number and wound up waiting with another couple who was given the exact same room number. That mix up was corrected, thankfully. Our room was on a smoking wing- we are non smokers and the bed was not as comfortable. The property was awesome,as was the atmosphere. We loved the pool, jacuzzi and work out areas. Would absolutely stay again!!!

Oustanding Hotel/ " Great Room Rate"

Oustanding Hotel and a great room rate I will stay there anytime for that room rate and the rooms were worth staying in I can't wait to go back. Must visit A.S.A.S.

Maybe Next Time Will Be Better

I had stayed here before and it was great, but this time, the service had really changed. From no smile when I checked in to getting my name wrong on my free breakfast buffet coupon (which caused a big hassle), they were just not on top of their game. There were ants in my room and the blow dryer blew up when I tried to use it, but no one seemed to care when I told them. The bathroom foor was dirty when I checked in. There were other issues, too. Maybe it was just an off week. My husband doesn't want to stay here again, but I would try it one more time because it was so good before. It still had a great bed, sheets, and towels. The pool was still clean and relaxing.
