Great deal for the money!!!!!!

Hubby and I recently spent the weekend at the Crowne Plaza in Niagara Falls USA. What a great place. Cleanliness outstanding. Staff very accomadating and friendly. Room service was great, and good food, very fresh. Our thanks to all for showing us a great and relaxing time.

Needs cleaning

The hallways were smelly and had dirty carpeting. Not what I would expect for the price.

too expensive for the quality & service provided

We were four adults and a 5 yr cold. We were provided two queen beds and an extra bed which was comfortable. We asked for extra coffee cups and tea bags, toothpaste & brushes and it was provided with no extra charge. big 36 inch lcd tv was in the room. Shower knob was lose and came out while using it. Free internet was a plus.

Great Location

Hotel is right next to Seneca Niagara Casino and a 5 minute walk to the American Falls, staff was friendly and helpful. Some minor maintenance issues with the room but beds were comfortable and room was nice and modern. Will definitely return.

Noisy Hotel

Noise throughout the night in the halls. Sounded like people were right in our room. Not a restful night.

BED/LINENS were SO nice!!!

The hotel was great - the room was clean and the beds were SO SO comfortable that you didn't want to get out of them and the linens were high end for sure. We were surprised that the bathrooms don't have fans in them and after using the shower (which was very very nice) we had to wait to use the mirror because it was all steamed up and no way to run a fan to clear it. that seemed odd to us. Additionally our toilet had some problems but we were only there for one night so didn't complain. The location was perfect.
