Comfort Galore

The bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in and the entire room was also very comfortable. The room overlooked the pool which was great. The only complaints I had was the distance to and from the room from the hotel desk, my door did not completely close by itself and the Cafe closed earlier than posted. Other than that it was an exceptional hotel stay and well worth the money.

Up to Marriott Standard

I love Marriott Hotels, they don't usually disappoint and neither did this one. The rooms are always neat, clean and worth every penny you pay. The cost of the room was more than acceptable and HOtels.com assistance was wonderful.

room service

the beds were very nice, comfortable, clean, nice linens, but we ordered room service, a little desert late one evening and it was 1.5 hrs before we got it, our sundaes melted. not happy with that, otherwise clean and fine for a wknd stay.

Really needs improvement

First of all the hotel was booked solid therfore instead of a room with a double bed we got a room with a king bed and an air mattress for my son. we paid the extra fee for the third person for him to sleep in the floor on an air matress. Please....Once we got there and realized that the hotel was booked we figured well lets make the best of it. the beds had little black bugs on the sheets and the air did not work and the room was sooo hot all night. Also when we got there and they brought up the air matress they proceeded to tell us they were out of washcloths and my son would have to wash with a hand towel. had it not been for the fact that we had already paid for the room through hotels.com we would have definetly left. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone......

Shuttle service, food, room & WiFi...

The shuttle service from the airport to the Marriott was excellent and timely. The food was mediocre but satisfying. The room was extremely quiet and comfortable. I was shocked to see a charge for WiFi ($12+), but when I went to check out, the charge was not there. Ummm....let's join the 21st Century and just give free hotel-wide WiFi please!!!

executive room

Nice, clean, large executive room. Very nice decor. Quiet. Great bed. Great flat screen TV. Free wireless internet thru hotels.com. First time at this hotel. Will stay again.

Very Pleased

This hotel is well worth the 3 1/2 stars it has received. The grounds and decor were well-kept and attractive. The personnel were courteous and helpful (even the gentleman buffing the floor not only excused himself for being in the way, but asked if he could be of assistance!). The (standard) rooms clean and nicely appointed. And, the restaurant served a nice breakfast buffet.

Poor excuse for security

The hotel is nice enough, but they had several rooms of teen-aged kids that were running around slamming doors, yelling in the hall... all late at night. When the front desk was told of the situation the first time, there was no response. 45 minutes later we tried to call the front desk again and no answer at that time. I had to walk down to the main office in my PJ's none the less.. to complain a second time. Then one lone security woman came to knock on only of of the several room doors that were causing the issue. Meanwhile the kids ran out of the other rooms and took off down the hall.. all while security was right there. She didn't even stop the kids in the hall. Finally yet an hour later I had to leave my room to go into the hall and get onto the kids myself. I complained again the next morning and still no ones seemed to care that the guests were kept up late into the night due to the noise. They took my name and number down and here it is 6 days later and still not one call from the hotel to follow up with me and my complaint to the fact that I was very unhappy with my stay there. You expect more when you pay that much for a room!

VERY GOOD HOTEL - NEED MINOR MAINTENANCE

ONE ELEVATOR NOT IN USE DURING OUR STAY. THE TOILET IN ROOM 4015 NEEDS MINOR REPAIR, TANK WON'T REFILL WITHOUT TAKING THE TOP OFF AND JIGGLING THE MECHANISM.

Good quality, clean and close to airport

Good hotel, nice and clean, my bathroom was quite small, especially for a Marriott and the hot water was luke warm at best both mornings. I told the front desk and they comped my meals, not too bad of a deal, but I really would have just like to have had hot water. A great view from my room of the airport and the bed was wonderful!! Not a bad place. Looks a little rough on the outside, but hey, it was built 40 years ago.

my favorite place

This hotel always welcomes you with smiles and interest to make your stay like home. I have been here several times and have yet to be disappointed. There a wonderful litte cafe that has great food right inside the hotel and the deserts are devine. Enjoy!
