"good room for the money"

Room was a decent size and cleanliness was OK. but room was smelling of smoke. They don't have any non smoking rooms. Breakfast can get better. Overall for the price room and breakfast was alright.

good for money

We had four people staying in our room with 2 queen beds, the room was not large but it sufficed. Room was clean upon arrival. We stayed two nights, the housekeepers did a good job cleaning. The only drawbacks we had were the pillows were kinda too soft, bed was firm but ok. We would have liked a microwave in the room but lobby did have one. Front desk staff were polite and when asked for extra cups etc to cover the four of us. Overall I would stay here again as it was convenient, being midway between our daughters apartment in Buffalo and Niagra Falls which we visited. We dined at a restaurant called Zebbs which we found was delicious,had good service and was five minutes down the road. Many stores and rerstaurants in surrounding area.

Good value

About eight miles from the falls. Clean, staff was friendly. Comp breakfast pretty good.

My fiance' and I were very pleased with the cleanliness of this hotel .We arrived to the hotel 3hrs before check-in time due to our flight schedule , the front desk lady did her best to get our room ready for us as soon as possible and that was a very nice gesture. Good job Angela!

Smelly

I only spent about 8 hours in the hotel. 7 of those were when i was sleeping. However, if I were to visit the area again I wouldn't choose this hotel. First impression of my room was that it smelled; it was like a mixture of bleach and body odor. I tried to air out my room while I was out but it was still there when I got back. Apart from the smell the stay was ok. The staff was friendly, the room was quiet, and the shower was warm.

the location is convenient to the Niagara Fall. The room is nicely kept and big enough~

Great room for the money

The room was very large with an even bigger bathroom - all very clean, comfortable and quiet. Free breakfast was a nice addition and the front desk was helpful in extending my check out time.

Good room for the money, not as close to Niagara Falls as you might want

We just needed to be in the area. There are certainly plenty more hotels closer to the Falls and the surrounding neighborhood wasn't great, but plenty of newer hotels in the area are in the same boat. Big room, free internet, free mini-fridge, coffee maker. Minimal breakfast options. Good price.

Outstanding Hotel

The staff went above and beyond to solve a problem that had nothing to do with the hotel. The rooms were clean and well cared for.
