Reasonable

It was nothing special but not bad, either. It was clean. The continental breakfast was stark but that has become the standard (coffee, juice, cereal, bread, eggos, bananas). They remembered to set up the extra cot (a pull-out sofa bed) in our room but neglected to include sheets, pillows, or towels for the fifth person. It was about a half hour drive to downtown Niagara Falls. That was much longer than we had expected.

great business hotel

This was a great hotel for the price. Brand new, clean, and with the basic amenities. The breakfast was more than basic--it's quality would be my only complaint. This hotel is far from the Falls and in a plane-jane neighborhood, so better for business travelers than families. We had a very nice stay.

"Great Room for the money"

From the moment you enter the lobby, it is easy to tell that this hotel was well kept. New carpet, clean rooms, I could not ask for anything more for the value I received for my buck. The bed was so comfortable, that I fell asleep and my plans for the evening was cancelled. The breakfast in the morning was good. For a moment, I thought I was in a restaurant. The staff was very pleasant and the smiles were FREE!!!
