don't stay at this hotel

the staff is very unhelpful and rude. they do nothing with a smile and don't offer any assistance. the front desk consists of a young man claiming to be a manager who has no idea what he's doing, Ulla, the crazy foreigner who is very cold and not friendly. and a little Hispanic trainee that doesn't speak English. we waited in the lobby for FIVE hours before we got our room. their "complimentary breakfast" consists of cold bagels right out of the bag. they have ONE toaster and around 300 guests all trying to get 'breakfast.' oh. and no cream cheese. just jelly. we will never stay here again.

Awesome hotel

We stayed 2 nights for Coachella and were a little worried about how strict they would be about partying. We weren't super loud or anything but no one complained about our late night drinking. The staff was great! They helped us out with directions, places to go, and stuff to do. The price was reasonable and the rooms were pretty nice. I reccomend this hotel and i will always stay here when i visit now.

Surprise Room

I was very surprised by the size of the room and that it came with a sofa, chairs,and tables. The price was great for all the amenities. The employees were knowledgeable about the local sights and fun. It was a very family friendly hotel.

Need Improvement

In the room: 1 bottle of shampoo no conditioner, no reg coffee, lemon tea only. No breafast,was told that the food was not deliverd that morning,but we met a couple that told us there was no breafast serve for the past 3 days that they have been there. I had reserve 3 rooms so i took my 4 guests for breafast at a cost of $60+ We had stayed at this hotel in Nov 08 and were very satisfied but not this time

Much nicer than expected

Rooms are huge and clean, with a coffee maker, refrigerator, vanity, wireless, and sofa. Grounds have typical overwatered landscaping that's well kept and tidy, plus 2 pool areas. Great location, great price - will return.

Missing items

The room was very comfortable with the bed and mattress above expectations. Lounge pillows on the bed was outstanding. There seemed to be a lack of staff. Saturday night and only one person on the front desk. This meant that even when you get waited on you are interrupted by the phone on several occasions. I got in my room, hooked up to the internet, and went to take a shower. I jumped in and got out and......no towels. I called twice and 1 and 1/2 hours later I got a response that they would check if they were dry yet> Still shivering!

Great room for the money

We have stayed at this hotel in the past, but this stay was exceptional. The manicure of the grounds was beautiful. The employees were cordial.
