Trip Type: Romance Review 2 of 32Really enjoyed it!
Nice place. Rooms were big. Nice pool area, glad they had 2 pools, one for families and one for adults only. There was also a steam room and a dry sauna near the gym fr guest to use. Great breakfast next door at Ricks Restaurant.

I have stayed at this same hotel at least 10 times. The condition has deteareated. The cooldeck on the side walks to the pool are chipping off, attemped repairs have been made and the repairs are sloppy workmanship and there is scum and mold on the pool tile. My tub has mold in the tile grout, the tile grout on the floor at the entry has been repaired and the work was sloppy and vary unattractive. My patio furniture is cheap, plastic and vary dirty.

I went to relax with wife, but Pool is little small and a lot of young people when we went, that's why we did not relax by the poolside. I think this hotel was for the family!!??

We enjoyed our stay. Our room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom fixtures could be updated. Pools were a little dirty. The clerk that checked us in did not program our key card to last the duration of our stay, so had to go to front desk after coming in late from dinner. No explanation or apology. Overall a pleasant stay.

Trip Type: Romance Review 6 of 32VERY PLEASANT HOTEL
Nice, clean, room, comfortable bed. Liked the fact that there are separate "family" and "adults only" pools. Cont. b'fast is typical of that type of b'fast. Nice to have bar fridge and microwave in room. Minor complaint: the only "freebies" in the bathroom was a little shampoo bottle. I would have liked some lotion also... esp in the dry desert air. Also the shower head in our shower was hard to adjust (the spray.)

My husband and I picked this hotel because of the location and the price. When making our reservation we specifically asked for a room facing the pool, with a single, king sized bed. Unfortunatly our room had two beds in it and our room faced the freeway. Otherwise, for the price and the free continental breakfast it wasn't too bad.

Trip Type: Romance Review 9 of 32great hotel not enough staff
we were able to check in three hours early which was nice. we were greeted by 2 women, who were friendly enough and didn't have much else to do.My Husband and I settled in and took a nap from our travles. We then proceeded to find somewhere to eat. Upon our return we found out we were locked out of our room even though we had the keys. I called the front desk so some one would come up and assist us and to my surprise the front desk women told me I would have to come to the lobby my self because she was too busy to help us out. In the lobby I stood in a line that had about 10 guests all trying to check in 3pm which is listed as orginal check in time and that lady was right is was far to busy and having to anwser the phones as well. I was very frustrated by this sceen. Why would they have one employee working at their peek time?? the room was very clean and better than I expected. The ice machine on our floor was broken. the king bed only had 3 pillows on it and make sure to bring your own bottled water, the faucet ran with white cloudy hard water which you could taste the minerals strongly. The wi fi was nice to have. overall I would stay here again and recommend it to a friend

Trip Type: Romance Review 12 of 32Great hotel but furthur out of town...
Our stay was overall great. The hotel is a little furthur outside of town- you will need a to take a taxi. The room was clean and spacious. The free breakfast was awesome!!! There are two pools- great for the HOT days out there!
