Trip Type: With Friends Review 2 of 35First visit to Atlantic City
This was a very disappointing experience. The condition of the room was poor at best. There wasn't even a decent place for breakfast in the morning.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 4 of 35First time at Caesars
I went for a few days with a friend and we were very pleased with the comfort and cleanliness of the room. But the hotel was not as fancy as I had expected; it's just big. And a little hard to find your way around; more signs would really help. And real coffee in the room instead of just decaf....

Trip Type: With Friends Review 7 of 35Pleasantly Surprised
I "accidentally" ended up with Caesar's AC because I was trying to find a good hotel right on the beach in Cape May area but because I was booking so late, I was not finding anything still available. I decided to book here because of favorable reviews on tripadvisor.com and the great rate I found at hotels.com. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with the hotel quality across the board including food and service. The only somewhat negative I found is that there was no concierge that I could find. The hotel is so big that you need help to find things and it would have been nice to be able to go to one place to get questions answered. There may have been concierges but I never found them although EVERYONE else was very helpful. At check-in they tried to give me a NON smoking room but I had requested a smoking room and stuck to my guns and they found one for me. I was also loving the fact that valet parking for the 4 nights I was there was either complimentary or included- GREAT savings!!

Trip Type: With Friends Review 8 of 35Great except for Check in
The hotel was great except for check-in. Check-in was at 4pm and that is the time we arrived at Caesars. However, upon check-in we were told along with several other guests that our rooms were not ready yet and wouldn't be for another hour. My biggest complaint is that check-out is at noon, how are rooms not ready by 4pm.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 11 of 35Outstanding Staff!
From Ralph at the front desk, to Angel and Carmine at the "Rewards" center and then to Frank and Richard (hotel hosts/security?), we can not say enough good things about the employees at Caesars! Our only complaint was the view from the 1st room that we were given. But, Ralph gave us another room immediately, and, for the price, we were very satisfied.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 12 of 35Great place to stay with convenient access at a competitive price
I've always found Atlantic City hotels to be a bit overpriced, but in Caesars case, it may be worth it. They were cheaper (by a few hundred dollars) than some other places and have excellent access to the boardwalk, the pier, and beach. My room was a little small, but updated, clean, and had a big flatscreen tv (which we never turned on -- too much to do!). My only criticism was that the Front Desk was a bit abrupt over the phone when I called to confirm my reservation (but never rude). Given the volume of people that come through there, its not surprising. I would definitely return. This is a great locale for both family vacationing and "adult-type" vacationing.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 13 of 35Deal of a Room
The room we were assigned was in the Centurion Tower. From listening to people who had stayed in other towers, we made out great. The room was nice. It contained a flat screen TV, refrigerator (but no stocked mini bar), two chairs, a small table and two beds. The bathroom was impressive: a TV in the mirror, a stone and glass-enclosed shower and a toilet room with a door that could be shut. I was surprised to find that not all of the restaurants/bars at the hotel were open during our 3-day stay. When visiting other Harrah's resorts, by using the free Total Express Shuttle, we found that not all of their restaurants/bars were open, either. I don't know if they were closed because of the economy or because we were there during the middle of the week (although, it was summer). We ate at two different restaurants for breakfast: The Buffet (which had an amazing array of food) and Cafe Roma (which had a limited menu). The Buffet is a better deal if you are looking for a full breakfast. Once you find your way to the pool, it's a nice experience. It's not true roof-top, in the sense that you are only a few floors up from the boardwalk...not all the way on top of the resort. The waitresses are very attentive; food and beverages are available. There is one casino floor that it totally smoke-free, which is nice. At other Harrah's properties, you'll find smoking and non-smoking slots/tables right next to each other.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 14 of 35Great room for the money
Our room was outstanding. Loved the bed. Very quiet. The Hotel was good but over priced to eat. But overall great place to stay.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 15 of 35Questionable
I chose to stay here over another hotel just because what I thought that hotel lacked in the casino this hotel would make up for in the room. I was wrong. When we got there the one parking garage was closed and we had to haul all of our luggage from the garage to our room. When asked to borrow a luggage cart, the bellman said he wouldnt go to the garage. I wasn't asking for him, just a cart. Second, when we tried to get room service it took an hour just to get a menu at 2pm. Why wasn't there a menu in the room?? To but it bluntly. . .we were tallying the points of Caesars vs. the other hotel we last stayed in. . . Caesars lost by alot. The only saving grace was its location to the outlets and the comfort of its bed. Overall, I will never stay here again.
