CAESARS - GO TO BORGATTA

Dirty, crowded with low lifes in the casino and most unhospitable staff. It sux!!!!!!!!!!! I stayed at the Borgatta ...excellent

For what I paid not worth it.

I paid a high rate I guess because of the labor day weekend, and that is for the lowest standard room they have, which was in the old tower away from any views. Not worth it at all.

Needs Improvement

We stayed there for a total of 4 nights, the first night was good, but then it went downhill fast. Some of the elevators that we had to use where out of service most of the time, One day they only had one working out of 3. You could never to your room as you had to use your keycard to get to your floor. And the elevator would not accept it, then it would, it was a game with the elevators there. Then for two night was the pit’s if you where trying to sleep at all. We had a room that was attached to another with a door, and you talk about people being loud at 3 and 4am, Slamming doors, screaming, yelling. This went on for two nights in a row. Would I ever stay there again well that answer is NO! We have stayed at resorts and the Taj before and way better then Caesars is!

Great rooms

We rented two rooms and they were both clean, convenient, and comfortable. The only downside was check in was slow, even though there were only two people in front of us. They only had 1 room that we requested, but they gave us an upgraded one for the other. Enjoyed our stay at Caesar's and would definitely go back.

Staff very helpful

The staff were pleasant and helpful at every encounter.We were upgraded at check-in due to the hotel being very busy but we never felt crowded or rushed. Our room was clean and well maintained.

I expected more for the money

All in all the hotel was nice and in the middle of everything. For the price I expected the rooms to be nicer.

Good Value

When we checked in the hotel was completely booked the night before so the front desk did try to find us a room that was ready. Unfortunately, the room we first stayed in was an inside room that overlooked the lobby. We were up all night from the lights on that shined in our window and woke up to slot machines at 7:30a.m. I went to the front desk the next morning and the gentlemen said they would move us to another room. He was very helpful and accommodating. We moved to our other room, which was an upgrade at no charge, and was very pleasant. The only other negative during our stay was the pool area does not allow any kids (even my 2 kids that are 17 and 15) after 1p.m. That was not posted anywhere on the website and was a great disappointment when we got there.

Pool

The hotel was great overall, but their swimming pool is in dire need of improvement. The pool area was not attractive at all. It will also be nice to have an indoor pool for guests, for rainy days.
