We had a beautiful view of the ocean. The room was great! We had a great time on our anniversary getaway!

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 2 of 41Walls were paper thin, manager not helpful
We could hear the conversations, cell phones ringing and toilets flushing in the room next store. I went to the front desk and spoke with the manager about the problems and asked to cancel my reservation for the second night. He never even apologized for the issues...We went to the Borgata the 2nd day. It was great, staff was friendly. I thought I wanted to stay at a hotel on the boardwalk so we can experience it....don't the boardwalk was shady! My husband didn't think it was safe enough for us to walk on it during dusk. You aren't missing anything if you don't stay on the boardwalk.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 4 of 41All around good deal
Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Caesars in Atlantic City. Hotel could use a little pizzazz, but the Pier Shops are excellent and made up for anything Caesars lacked. Only other real improvement would be training desk staff on what restaurants are open when, and where breakfast is available after 10 AM. Had some difficulty finding dinner after our 9 PM arrival on Sunday and staff basically said only one place might be serving food. After 10 AM could not find breakfast the following morning. Otherwise, all was wonderful.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 5 of 41Great Hotel!
This is a great hotel. Loved the fact they have any entire floor in the casino that is nonsmoking. The room we were in was great! The only negative was the pool. It was very small.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 6 of 41Terrible Staff!
The staff at the hotel was extremely rude and not helpful. They gave us a room that we did not book and made no effort to help us fix the problem. If it were not for hotels.com we would have had a very unsatisfactory visit in Atlantic City. I will never be going back to Ceasar's in AC again!

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 8 of 41Highly recommended
The facility is very well maintained and was very close to the destination we went were ultimately going to. The staff was professional. My stay was brief, but very enjoyable. It was my first stay at a Caesar's property. My previous impression of that brand is that it was a little cheesy, but my stay obliterated that notion.

The room was clean and comfortable. Only issue was we had no view at all. Right next to a brick wall.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 14 of 41The room
The location of the room we where in was very noisy because we were like in a atrium and we ad all the noise of the casino machine Smoking in the casino was very boring.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 15 of 41Nothing Wrong With The Place
The best AC has to offer...which isn't saying much. Don't compare this place to Vegas but compared to Asbury Park or NYC it's not bad. Had the best weather NJ ever had in April. The hotel and casino are fine, high quality. The blackjack dealers were all on medicaid. The room service was propmt and the selection and food were better than most hotels. The room was well decorated and clean. TV in the bathrooom mirror...big deal..but definitely cool.
