Generally not bad

There is a huge difference between the post renovation rooms and the pre renovation rooms. My partner and I found the pre renovation room to be unacceptable and refused to stay in it. Delta Chelsea is a perfect location for touring Toronto

Need improvement

Updates on fixtures televesion, the thermostat needs to be changed. they need tohave a refergator and room service was waaay overprice for example chicken soup was almost 9 dollars with tax and gratuity.

I paid for a upgraded room,but room was very dated!NEEDS IMPROVEMENT!

Great Location for the Price!

The hotel is located about 4 blocks from Eaton Centre and provides self-parking with unlimited access for ~$26CAN. We were on the 14th floor with quiet hallways, clean linens, and a clean bathroom. We would definitely stay here again!

Watch your step

My initial room was not one of the "renovated ones." While I was offered to pay a bit more for a renovated room, I refused. The room that I was initially given was totally unacceptable to me. The carpet was visibly stained throughout. After advising the hotel of its unacceptable condition, I received a beautiful and upgraded room. I appreciate the service that I received from Michelle. The first room should not have been available for a guest.

tidy, convenient hotel

The hotel was a good price, clean, maybe a little shabby, but I'm quite particular about cleanliness and I was comfortable here. Parking a bit expensive. I'd stay here again.

great hotel

This was our first time traveling to Toronto. Our room was clean and comfy. Even though there were so many places to eat in the area of the Delta Chelsea, having 6 different choices conviently located from the lobby made it easy to enjoy the sights and sounds of Toronto, (on foot for us!!!) and come back to the hotel, have a good dinner, and then a good night's rest!! And coming from the Buffalo area, driving right into the heart of Toronto and locating the Delta Chelsea, for a nervous driver like me, it was easy!!! We'll stay here again! I did ask an associate there how you "tip" for maid service, room service, valet parking, help with your luggage, and the only answer I got was that they really weren't sure. My husband and I don't travel much, and have never been to such a wonderful hotel, and the tour book only suggests the rates for good service for your meals, which is much like we're accustomed to state side. Would you please send me a response to my question?

Great view, good location.

The upgraded room was nice, the view of the city was amazing as well. Location of the hotel was decent, not in the financial district which was a plus. Bed was comfy too.

Great Location

Location was great and the in and out privileges for the parking garage were great. It was in walking distance to Eaton center and a bunch of other attractions/shopping!
