First Floor Room, Next to Office

Avoid the first floor - as I could hear my upstairs neighbors all night long. When I went out to ask the Front Desk manager what was going on, he claimed there were no guests above me...not possible (not to mention I could hear the maids cleaning it in the AM...7AM). However, it is very conveniently located near the PHL airport, and their continental breakfast does the job...just make sure to get a room on the second floor...and not directly next to the Front Desk.

Small rooms, poor customer service

The room was much smaller than other motels I've stay in. The TV was on top of a closet, and very hard to watch, no wireless internet. Little to no desk to work on. Upon checkout the person stated a receipt would be sent e-mail, 4 days later and 2 phone calls, I still have no payment record. Perhaps they don't understand expense reports and receipts need turned in to employers. I would not stay here again.

Comfortable but bring your own plates!

I knew this hotel would not be the "lap of luxury" because it was quite affordable. I had a suite with a queen bed and sofa-sleeper. The sofa-sleeper was fine for a few nights, as I expected. Breakfast was meager, but enough to get me by each morning. However, I was shocked that a hotel suite with a fridge, coffee maker, microwave, and several kitchen cabinets would have nothing in those cabinets with which to cook or eat. There wasn't even a dish towel or butter knife. I had to find or buy plastic utensils and plates, which goes against my "green" habits. That was very dissappointing.

needs improvement

Hotel was average. I didn't feel it was overly clean or overly comfortable. Also the security was questionable; the back door was never locked so key entry wasn't required. It is however a good location to the airport.

Good for the money

For the Philadelphia area the hotel was good for the price , rooms are small , but clean. Not much to do around the hotel , nor places to eat. Needed to drive if you wanted to get anything. But the overall was good. Staff was friendly and helpful.

it could use a better breakfast it was cereal and it was cheap so it was what you would expect

Couple of Issues

Bathroom sink didn't drain well, toilet seat wouldn't stay in the up position, front desk couldn't forward calls.
