It was great. The only thing I disliked as soon as I walked in the bathroom, there were ashes in the sink. It was kind of grose. I had to wash it off myself. The beds were not as confortable as I thought. My back hurted the following they. The hotel is clean and the rooms too, with the expection that this time that I was there the sink was not clean. I prefer hard matresses and this one is soft and I was not good for me but it might be for you if you like soft mattresses. Enjoy it!!!!

Needs Improvement

We were approached every time we went to our room, entered or exited the hotel by your staff wanting to sell us show tickets. This was really annoying and was not present at other hotels. Hotel staff not very happy to include your dealers. They are providing entertainment but with few exceptions they were stoic.

Good for the money

Great location if you can get it at a good price. The room itself definitely showed age, and everything just seemed a bit old. However, everything worked and was functional.

Low price till Fees

As many hotels and coffee shops offer free internet it is quite disheartening to see Excalibur charging for Internet service at a whopping $13.95 per day, not the stay but per DAY. That was just outrageous. Make sure you read the fine print of the additional $7.50 per night for a mandatory resort fee over and above the fees you are paying here. Room was clean and service seemed to be OK. Will not be using them again.

"Can't beat it!"

Nice hotel stay with friendly staff. Room was nice but we were missing some hand towels so that was a bummer. The room had a few spots that could use some elbow grease to clean up but was still a very pleasant stay.

enjoyed the stay, my children enjoyed all of the fun of the hotel and the hotel surroundings.

Great room for the money

The room was great, as rooms go. Comfortable and guest services was great! Only problems were that the service trays from other rooms were not cleared away in a timely fashion. The service trays, and carts, sat in the hallway for over two days straight. Another complaint is that there are always people hounding you to see the "timeshare" available. If we were interested fine, but they continue to stake out the guests 24/7. Some approached us on every day of our stay.
