Wonderful Hotel

I had a hard time finding it at first, going by directions i wrote up from my google, but I called the hotel and the guy was extremely helpful with giving me directions to the spot. Everything bout' the room was comfortable. The only thing wrong was the mini-refrigerator didn't work and there is no microwave. The burger King is real close and the employees that was the that night were cool, they were so nice they offered to help me carry my food to the hotel. I would definitely stay here again. Close to Great America!!!

good location

close to the san jose airport and 101 freeway. there is nothing else close to the hotel, so you have to drive to get food and for anything else, but for its proximity to the freeway and airport its a nice hotel with a nice price tag.

Excellent location and Service!

My family and I stayed here after visiting Great America. We checked in late and were pleasantly surprised that there was a smile on the concierge's face. The location was great, close to some dining, the SJ airport and about 20 minutes away from SFO if you want to escape the high prices without compromising location. The hotel also had a complimentary breakfast complete with a waffle maker. There was coffee in the room, but filling at the breakfast bar was easier. Price was a steal considering the 2 star rating. I would stay here again if I were in the area for a short stay.

Great room for the money

Our only complaint: The week we stayed there, the motel was going thru some remodeling/improvments. Our second night, we returned from dinner to find our door wide open, a repairman inside and our couch missing. He stated that since our room was being recarpeted the next day, our couch had been removed. When we notified the office, they were not aware of repairs to our room, stating that it was to stop at the room next to ours and notify the workers. We never got our couch back and we were registared for two more nights!

Met my needs....

I stayed one nite and it was fine. King bed was very comfy. Little loud...doors slamming in the middle of the night, construction in the morning, but bring some earplugs and you'll be fine. For the price, it def met my needs.

Unorganized

We arrived at this motel late in the evening and only planned to stay one night before catching an early morning flight. Upon checking in, we were given our room number and keys. Upon opening the door to our assigned room, we discovered another guest(partially clothed) laying on the bed with his laptop computer. Imagine his and our surprise! He had been assigned the same room. We returned to the desk clerk and made her aware of the problem. She did not seem to upset about the situation and assigned us another room. Needless to say, we did not have a peaceful night wondering if someone would walk into our room.

Never again!

Almost never any service at the front desk. No cups provided in room when I checked in. Front desk sent maid. Same thing the next day and it was "come get them yourself from the breakfast room". Sheesh! Waffle iron out of order in the breakfast room. Guest laundry out of order. Walls so thin I could here the person in the next room snoring! And a drunk banging on his roommate's door for 20 minutes during the wee hours of one morning with no security to stop him. Never again!
