Great Hotel, Great Location

The hotel was very nice and the amenities made the stay very comfortable.

Small Inconvenience

Cable service was not working properly the first day. So there were very few channels that worked. We couldn't even purchase movies. But they did fix it the next day.

Hyatt Place Houston

WOW WHAT A WONDERFUL STAY I HAD. THE SECOND I CAME IN TO CHECK-IN THE GIRLS THAT WORKED THE FRONT DESK WERE OVERLY HELPFUL. THEY GAVE ME A TOUR, KEPT ME COMPANY WHILE I WAITED FOR MY FRIENDS FLIGHT TO LAND, AND WERE OVERALL VERY PLEASANT. FROM NOW ON EVERYTIME I GO TO HOUSTON I WILL STAY NO WHERE BUT THE HYATT PLACE!

Great Hotel

I work for the State of Texas so I travel quite often. This is one of the nicest hotels I have been to. I enjoyed the friendliness of the staff and the comfort of the hotel and all it's amenities. I would recommend this Hotel to all.

the location was right off the beltway 8 so it was convenient

Great, clean room!

The room was very nice! A+ for the reasonable price. Parking lot was very well lit and seems to be safe. Shopping in nearby areas however is not recommended. Try a safer area other than Greenspoint for your shopping.

Great Hotel

Excellent Hotel

Loved the contemporary look. Best room I've ever seen squeezed into the suite space. The wall mounted flat screen was great and the separate living and sleeping area all seemed much bigger than they were. Breakfast was excellent along with option to order. Will come back...

Great hotel, but the pool was closed :(

The hotel was nice, a modern twist to the decor. The breakfast was alright, I wasn't all that crazy though about the way you order "hot" food instead of having it laid out. Portions could have been better for the price we paid and the potatoes were really hard. But oh well, the hotel was great and the bar is open till 11. We were looking forward to swimming but the pool happened to be going through its spring cleaning. The suite could have been a bit more spacious, this was my first time at the Hyatt and I still prefer the Hampton Inn.

Incomplete Shower

I enjoyed my stay, and the desk clerks were really helpful, greeted us as with smiles on their faces. I loved the rooms, and an excellent television, however, i did not agree with the bathroom style. even though i do prefer a walk in shower, i just would like it to completely close, but overall i enjoyed my stay.

Not a bad hotel if the rooms are on sale!

My stay was comfortableand the customer service was superb!!. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to make sure I got a room before check-in. My only complaint was the condition of the bath tub. It wasn't cleaned properly. I would stay here again.
