Great room for the money

The room was very clean and spacious. It was modern and the staff was very friendly. Parking was free. I enjoyed the large sofa and flat screen that rotated. I was able to watch the television from the sofa as well as the bed. It was well worth the money!

Hyatt Place Greenspoint

Loved the contemporary look of the room. The layout of the room made me feel as if I were in a loft apartment rather than a hotel room.

Great room

the room was great for the price but didn't like the shower area. if you are a big guy, then know that you wont fit the shower area. secondly, they should ask guests if they prefer housekeeping in the morning during check in. i didn't like the fact that housekeeping staff came knocking as early as8 am. had to put a do not disturb sign on the door on my second day of stay

Great hotel for the money

We loved the updated look with the granite counter, the flat screen TV and the credit we received toward food and drinks from the lobby bar was an added bonus.

It was OK

My husband and I stayed at the Hyatt Place in the room with a king size bed. There is only a shower in those rooms, not bathtub. The room was OK for the price.

OUTSTANDING ROOMS

THE HOTEL WAS GREAT I LOVED THE 42IN TV. YOU CAN LOOK AT TV FROM THE LIVING ROOM OR THE BEDROOM WHICH I LOVED THE MOST. ONE THING I HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE HOTEL HOST DIDN'T WAKE US UP FOR OUR WAKE UP CALL AND SHE GAVE US WRONG INFORMATION ABOUT WHAT TIME BREAKFAST WILL BE SERVED

Hyatt Places are great!

The room is wonderful and big like a suite. Large sitting area, nice bed, well decorated with contemporary style. Nice tv with hd channels. Free internet is a big plus.

Outstanding hotel

My boyfriend and i decided to spend new years in houston and chose to stay at the hyatt....it was a wonderful experience. The rooms were lovely and we loved the fact that it the hotel is up with technology. We were able to connect our playstation three as well as our nintendo wii to the tv outlets which is something that we have had trouble with before in previous hotels. The customer service was also great and the rooms were lovely and spacious. We loved it so much we acutally stayed an additional night. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who visits houston

Outstandin Hotel

For the most part, this was an outstanding hotel. LOVED the room!! Great flat screen tv, lovely lounging area within the room, free wi-fi, THE BEST BED EVER!! I really did not want to get up! For those who love and appreciate great interior design, you will love this hotel. Great color scheme choice of design details. The only dissapointments were the continental breakfast; for the price, I thought it would be a full hot breakfast. Also, the cost of food was a bit too high, I felt that 19.00 was a bit much for a cold turkey sandwich and spinach dip. I would recommend this hotel to others and I plan to stay there the next time I am in Houston.
