this hotel was AWESOME! I reviewed the pictures online before booking my room, but it is much better in person! My boyfriend and I were in town for a concert so we just needed the room for the night. It was HUGE for just two people and beyond comfortable. My boyfriend really enjoyed the giant flat screen right in the middle of the room! the decorations were very nice too. The staff was extremely friendly. I also found the check in/check out kiosk very helpful!! Would definitely stay there again!

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 3 of 84Loved This Hotel
We were staying at this hotel for just one night prior to flying out from Houston Bush Airport. The room was very reasonably priced for the weekend night that we stayed. I am sure it is higher during the week, since it is near the Greenspoint Business area. The bed was the most comfortable one I have ever experienced in a hotel. The location is very convenient to the airport, being not more than 5 to 10 minutes away, depending on the traffic. The surrounding neighborhood is not the most scenic or secure in the Houston area, but the hotel has limited access to the parking lot and hotel by use of a fence. The staff was super. The hotel offers continental breakfast, snacks, etc. Would definitely stay again and recommend it.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 4 of 84Was very impressed
It won't the most comfortable stay I had ever had in a hotel. They had great service. I didn't like the surrounding area. I also, wish they had a jacuzzi. Other than that, like i said, it was great!!

Trip Type: Special Event Review 5 of 84Interesting Hotel
I've never been at a Hyatt Place before! the way they deal with things makes you feel like home (the friendly multi-tasking staff, the breakfast served in the "kitchen",..) also; the location is perfect if you're taking the USMLE Step 2 CS in Houston, it's 3 minutes away and the hotel shuttle drops you off for free!

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 7 of 84Awesome deal
This was a great hotel, I almost passed it up because the price was so low I assumed it would be low-quality. The bed was incredibly comfortable, there was a giant tv, everything was very nice and new, bathroom was great, and good breakfast in the morning. Unless they double the price I will definitely go back if ever in north Houston again.

Friendly atmosphere. Pool was clean. There were tables with umbrellas at the pool area. Easy access to interstate. McDonald's within walking distance. Spacious seating area in lobby. Large screen TV in room. Comfortable beds. Nice couch. Unfortunately no microwave in room.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 11 of 84Three Complaints
We were in Houston 4th of July weekend for a wedding. I thought this hotel looked nice online as it was in person. Here's my three complaints and I will not stay they again. 1.) They charged my credit card again! I booked through hotels.com and prepaid for 4 rooms. When you arrive they ask for a credit card for incidentals (which their were none) and they immediately charged my card $129.75. I asked the front desk if they had charged me for anything; they assured me there were know charges from them; everything was prepaid through hotels.com. Once I spoke to my bank; they said the charges were from Hyatt Place Airport. I'm not paying twice! 2.) The room was not as large as I hoped. There is no privacy door between sofa and the bed; there is a partial divider but know door that closes. There was only one television; if we're 2 adults and 2 children (all parents know the children get control of the television). 3.) There's no microwave, but you can leave your room hand your food over to a complete stranger and have them go into the hotels kitchen and they will warm your food for you (now that can get old really soon)
