Trip Type: Business Review 2 of 11Four Seasons: High-end hotel, pricey
This is a top notch hotel with all of the creature comforts. Very comfortable bed. Internet was down for a bit, but they removed the charge without my asking. I was surprised there was no coffee pot in the hotel room, or maybe I didn't look hard enough for it.

Trip Type: Business Review 3 of 11Excellent; but not the Four Seasons I expected
The Four Seasons is a beautiful hotel; service is excellent; I especially enjoyed the expansive health and fitness facilities; food was wonderful. This is a pricey place. I expected TOP NOTCH is every aspect. The beds and linens were TOP NOTCH. Other aspects I would rate at 4 Star, which is superior, but I expected 5 Star at a Four Seasons. For the true Four Seasons experience, the rooms need a tad of updating; the granite and plain bath rooms just don't say "Four Seasons". I will stay here again because of convenience to my work location; but I would not choose this hotel for a special weekend. Rather look at the ICON in downtown Houston; it is more special for less money.

Trip Type: Business Review 4 of 11very comfortable room
Comfortable, convenient, clean. Even treated us to a chocolate dessert tray for our anniversary. However, even though the service given was meeting the Four Seasons standards, the service patter at check-in was way too formal to be considered friendly. She did not veer off the suggested questions/answer mode. (It's okay to bring your "personality" to work!)

Trip Type: Business Review 6 of 11Nice place
This was a nice place but the manager was rude. I asked the manager if he could extend my stay at the hotels.com price a day longer because I was having cancer surgery and needed one more day before my surgery. He laughed at me and told me that price did not even pay for the room cleaning. There were better ways he could have handled that. I was almost in tears after talking to him. I NEVER ask for anything extra but felt that given my cancer surgery, it was a reasonable request.

Trip Type: Business Review 11 of 11Good Hotel - Great Outdoor Pool and Jacuzzi
Amazing service and helpful staff (front desk, concierge, valet, etc.) My Deluxe room was spacious and had a nice large widow overlooking the pool. Certain parts of the hotel our under rennovation (e.g, the work-out locker rooms). Wi-Fi should be free for guests as it is at other hotels. The hotel lobby piano bar was somewhat quiet Monday-Friday. I would of liked a little more action there.
