Needs a upgrade but did was it was supposed to

Great location (15 min walking distance to Falls and 5 min walking distace to Casino). But the cleanliness needs to improve.

Bummer!

Front desk checked me in early, good service. Room was dusty, bathtub was dirty and with hairs. There was no one available on housekeeping so they gave me another room, but was kind of dusty too. The pool was very clean though. Lower level rooms are at street-high, so I had to keep my curtains shut during the whole stay. There were other options closer to the falls, malls and department stores were very far.

Price and Location

I chose this hotel because it was one of the best price I could find. The room is what I expected for a hotel. The service was excellent, though. We had something we wanted the maintance person to take a look at and he was there in a very short amount of time. The location is a couple of blocks from the falls.
