Great for Price

This is a great hotel for the price. It is easily within walking distance of the American Falls. Room clean and neat. No fridge, but has a hairdryer in the bathroom. There is an ice machine and microwave in kitchen area.

Great Room for the money

The staff was great, the stairs could have been a little cleaner and easier to maneuver. Our room was very comfortable for what we paid.

Cheap rate, decent room

If you're just looking for a place to crash in Niagara Falls, this is just fine. The only complaint I had was that the heat was turned off in the room when we arrived which sucked because it was freezing outside and was looking forward to a warm room, but then again, with the heating costs nowadays, I guess it's a good idea. Nothing fancy, but the room was clean and very close to the falls and the hot spots.

excellent value

Easy to find, close to attractions, and easy on/off the roads. Rooms good and well kept. Showers even had multiple choices of spray!! Thanks to all.
